SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM, SCAM, SCAM Don’t get involved with this company. They are not a moving company. They take their fee off the top in the guise of a deposit. Then they tell half of the balance on loading and half on deliver, but when the real moving company comes, they tell you that estimator miscalculated and the make you sign a new contract for doubled the amount. And after paying double the original quote, they still broke my TV and stopped accepting my calls after I tried to make an insurance claim. All of the bad reviews here are spot on. I just wish I would read them before I got scammed.

THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT YOUR DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE IF YOU DONT AGREE WITH THE PRICE AT TIME OF PICK UP. Eg THEY GIVE YOU A QUOTE OF 4000$ ask for a deposit of 1900$ and when the moving company COMES WITH THE THIRD PARTY THEY BAIT AND SWITCH WITH CUBIC FEET BLAH BLAH DONT PROVIDE BINS AND UPSELL YOU ANOTHER 4000$ DOLLARS. SO YOU THINK YOUR PAYING THE DIFFERENCE OF 2,100 BUT INSTEAD THEY WANNA TRY TO ROB YOU FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5k ON TOP OF THE ASKING PRICE. I would give zero stars if possible I would give zero stars if possible. They will underestimate your move by at least half then contract with improperly licensed sub who uses illegal immigrants and treats your stuff poorly. They don't disclose your things will be put in storage or moved to a large rig. Total lying scammers. RUN from this company!

Calls potential customer stupid I received two phone calls and two voicemails from a random number one day. I then received a text from Kenneth Reed regarding a long distance move. I text back to stop calling me, and he proceeded to call me stupid. Not sure if this is his ploy to get customers but I think he should try a new tactic.

Absolutely horrible service Absolutely horrible service. I was quoted a price and was told it was the "worst case scenario" quote. The day my things were to be loaded was far too late to find an alternative and it was suddenly twice the amount of my quote and I was stuck paying it because there was no more time. This was after they tried to move my load date and time 3 different times despite me making it clear that this was not an option and the day we agreed upon initially was the only day that worked for our schedule. Then it took twice as long for our things to be delivered and it was clear that our stuff was just thrown around. So many boxes were beaten down and smashed and then re-taped by the movers to try to hide it. Several things arrived broken, many beyond repair and we are still missing items. I reached out to the movers several times before things were delivered to get an idea of where our stuff was and when it would arrive and was told each time that they would check and get back to me. They never called me back. The agent who gave me my initial quote won't return a phone call or email and has all but ghosted us. And now that we have a list of items that were broken or missing, they are saying it could be 30-45 days before we even get a response about this. Absolutely terrible company and flat out liars.
