GBUnited choice mover is nightmare United choice mover is scam, not trustworthy. Don’t use it. We were quoted over the phone for $5500 including loading, transporting and unloading for relocating from California to Arkansas. When the crew came to pick up my staff, the cost was double to $10,465 for additional space. Finally, My staff was delivered in 21 days instead of the promised 10 days. We were asked to pay cash before the driver was willing to unload. The truck is 18 wheeler with 2-3 households boxes. Some of other family’s boxes were unloaded to my home. We told the driver they are not ours. There is a lot of damage to my boxes and staff because the rain/water leaked inside the 18-wheeler. My mattresses and several boxes are totally wetted. Mold grows on some of my books, bags, etc. United choice mover is a nightmare.

GBThis broker, United Choice, is full of BS These brokers are full of BS! Do NOT trust them! They falsely advertised wrapping of my furniture and when the actual movers arrived, they attempted to charge me 1200 to wrap my furniture despite the contract indicating otherwise! I know it’s all about the money, but damn; one would think they would have more sense than they demonstrated! Go directly to the actual moving company snd stay away from brokers especially THIS BROKER United Choice!

GBDO NOT use this company- I promise it’s… DO NOT use this company- I promise it’s a scam and you will not get your money back they disappear after you pay! Also note the 5 star reviews are brand new and typically posted within days of each other - that’s a sign of a company writing false positive reviews for themselves. Check out BBB and you will see hundreds of unresolved cases and the truth about the company. They will give a low ball bid and and initial promise date on the first call - talk to other companies and you will find out that is highly unlikely and just a way to get your deposit. They will call you later telling you your check “bounced” trying to get you to write another check or you’ll lose your move date. Call your bank and you will find out they cleared the check then all of a sudden the company ghosts you when you call them out. Very much a scam and I’m hoping to keep this from happening to others.
