GBI was severely let down by this… I was severely let down by this company. Having to adhere to a strict move-in schedule in a high-rise building within a major city, with a limited time frame for the moving elevator, I explicitly requested a specific date and time. Despite confirming multiple times in the months leading up to the move, I was assured that there wouldn't be any problems. However, the day before the scheduled move, they abruptly canceled without offering a refund. I had no choice but to pay due to the legal terms outlined in the contract. Consequently, I had to hastily search for and pay an alternative moving company.just found out they are a brokerage, and your shipping send to other companies to the moon mover are also the was worse mover please don't sign anything in a rush. I'm going to file a complaint to good business bureaucracy

GBPoor Poor, poor, poor service. Poor attention given to customers. Did not explain that the company was not moving furniture themselves until after contract had been signed. Refused to return phone calls. Spoke to at least ten different customer service people who all gave me different stories and no one would listen to my side. They just wanted more monies. Started at 5000 and ended close to 10000 with at least $6000 of my things being stolen

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I wish my friend and I would've seen these reviews before he sighed a contract with these scammers! They quoted him a price of 2700 to pick up, move from storage to move to Cali to Louisiana and drop off. Yes to good to be true! Before anything could happen a deposit of 1000 was paid (which by reading the reviews, he can forget trying to get that back). When they showed up with a small truck for a 10 × 15 storage unit that is full to the top (which they already knew because they checked) they said they couldn't move it and it would be $9900.00. So they left and they were laughing about how they wasn't moving the furniture as per the storage owner since they were speaking Spanish and English about what they did. And of course like everyone else in the reviews you can't get a hold of anybody once they finish scamming you. One lady hung up on him and the guy who did the contract blocked his number. Please please DO NOT use this company. If they're ok with scamming a vet then they will scan you as well.

GBThey deceive you in writing and orally… They deceive you in writing and orally to believe they are a moving company when they are BROKERS. Whenthe rag tag group of " movers" showed up they intimidated , browbeat, screamed at and falsified the inventory to be three times greater than it was bid on , even though I sent videos to Scarpa showing every item to be moved. The henchmen he sent out from miami Fl. didnt even have a truck but rented one filthy bug ridden one on the local market. They should be arrested.

GBThey kept my $2500 deposit They told me that had the special equipment to move my large heavy furniture from the 4th floor of my townhouse. I emphasized what equipment was necessary to move it. They assured me that they could move those items. Sent them a deposit. When it can time to finalize the move, tried to confirm that they could move those pieces. They became very evasive. That's when I realized that they could not move those pieces. Tried to get a refund. They refused saying that there was nothing in the contract about that requirement and there was nothing in their notes. I'm hoping my states attorney general can help get my money back.
