I did not like their cancellation… I did not like their cancellation procedure. Having to send E mail to cancel is not in my idea of a good business practice. In addition, they immediately charge your account, instead of charging you when the item ships, like so many other retailers. They do have the inventory. But, I would not buy again, because of these practices.

Septic Solutions, the best! Second time I have ordered from Septic Solutions and prefer to speak to a person vice ordering from website. Although their website is fantastic and simple to navigate while having numerous videos and places to get instructions. However, I prefer talking to a person, it’s more personable, very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Regarding quality, their kits are fantastic to include everything you need to get the job done, one thing that impressed me was they even included a masonry bit by Milwaukee, the best! Then there is pricing, better than Amazon and any local retailer that I could find. Lastly, they included a very nice hardcopy catalog of their products. Overall, cant beat Septic Solutions!!
