Disappointed Customer On the company website all you see is 5 stars, however, after receiving the deposit of $500. The service took a turn for the worst. Per the contract all port of entries were closed. We are experiencing a major rat/mouse invasion problem. I discovered an opening close to the roof. So, the company came out and said they would seal it. My father kept saying that the company had purposely damaged that specific area, but I did not want to believe me. The company came to inspect on a Friday and stated they would send somebody on Monday, which give plenty of time for rodents to reenter the building, no show/ call on Monday. The next visit was previously scheduled for Wed. So, I called early in the morning to make sure someone was coming and they said yes, explained the situation and all. Was advised on the 2nd call to the company that an entry point had to remain open for the rodents to exit the building. Mom was home and saw a massive rat making his way thru the kitchen. So a 3rd call was placed to the co. They stated we had to wait until Monday for someone to come by to seal the entry point, she proceeded to tell them today or she will call law enforcement. it is now 2:30 pm and she is waiting to see if they will show up. Not good, be careful. Be careful, you can not always trust all those 5 stars reviews! No company is that perfect.

Excellent courteous and efficient service Hello, I have had rats since I had my bathroom remodeled about 4 years ago. I contacted several companies to no avail. After searching more I asked critter control for help (they are very well reviewed on Angie's list). They were open, flexible in their scheduling, and came back until they found the source of my problem. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Effective, efficient and reliable I contacted Critter Control to remove a possum running around my attic. Shaun Crawford was at my house within an hour, he identified the problem, caught the critter, and sealed up the hole where the possum found it's way in. He was very professional and efficient. I have had another companies in previously but they would let me down and never found the hole where the possum was coming in. Shaun just really put my mind to rest and I have not had any issues since.

Outstanding service from a great company A pregnant female raccoon was able to crawl into our home's crawl space and most likely gave birth to her babies. Every single person that we had contact with in the company, whether it was on the phone or in person, was a true professional. They were able to cause the raccoon and her litter, to vacate our house and they did a great job of sealing up the entry points. We will most definitely recommend Critter Control to anyone we know who might have similar problems.
