Great Quality, Average Delivery time I did not receive any information emails as to the product has been shipped or arrival time. A huge information piece of information. Studies have shown people get extremely frustrated not knowing when something will occur, a delivery, a train, a check arriving. However, when they are told the truth and informed them, even though it was an excessive amount of time, the study showed people were OK with the answer. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Nice pedestal tub Our tub was delivered very quickl it's very heavy but managed to get it in my house with my wife only. I used lifting straps I bought from Amazon and used a furniture skate under the pallet. We lifted it up gradually putting 2x4's underneath until it reachef the level of our front door then I lifted and leaned back as my wife pushed the end on the skate. Tub is very nice we still have to get it off the pallet and our still remodeling our bathroom. The faucet kit is very nice but was hoping on the cross handles that is shown online our faucets has levers instead. I'm going to call to se if we can get the other handles. Can't wait to use it.

Fabulous price and quality I purchased an acrylic claw foot tub and hardware package, WOW it was the most incredible price and beautiful! My only problem was finding them as they do not come up on google in CA, I found them while on google in Chicago.

Quality delivered! I ordered a Kingston Brass shower faucet from DecorSuite.com. The cost and quality of the product were exceptional. The only area of discontent for me was the cost of the shipping. In order to ensure shipping within 5-7 days (not 2-3 days), the shipping cost was $35 which was more than a one-third the cost of the actual product. I have recommended DecorSuite to my plumber for other customers, but I did warn of the outrageous shipping fees.

Claw foor tub After a lot of research I ordered a cast iron claw foot tub from DecorSuite. Their price was the best by far, the tub was very elegant and it arrived in good shape and just when they said it would. Overall a very smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely buy from them again.
