On the Fence?!? Ordering services were good. Unfortunately we have an un-resolved issue. Faucet and Tub package we were sold are not compatible or parts missing. Kingstone customer service did not seem knowledgeable and are slow in responding. Not resolved yet?

Nice pedestal tub Our tub was delivered very quickl it's very heavy but managed to get it in my house with my wife only. I used lifting straps I bought from Amazon and used a furniture skate under the pallet. We lifted it up gradually putting 2x4's underneath until it reachef the level of our front door then I lifted and leaned back as my wife pushed the end on the skate. Tub is very nice we still have to get it off the pallet and our still remodeling our bathroom. The faucet kit is very nice but was hoping on the cross handles that is shown online our faucets has levers instead. I'm going to call to se if we can get the other handles. Can't wait to use it.

Quality delivered! I ordered a Kingston Brass shower faucet from DecorSuite.com. The cost and quality of the product were exceptional. The only area of discontent for me was the cost of the shipping. In order to ensure shipping within 5-7 days (not 2-3 days), the shipping cost was $35 which was more than a one-third the cost of the actual product. I have recommended DecorSuite to my plumber for other customers, but I did warn of the outrageous shipping fees.

Fabulous price and quality I purchased an acrylic claw foot tub and hardware package, WOW it was the most incredible price and beautiful! My only problem was finding them as they do not come up on google in CA, I found them while on google in Chicago.

No proper follow up and couldn't care about my business. Ordered standard aerator parts for many faucet models. Was glad they indicated stock since the manufacturer and other internet dealers showed out of stock. Placed order. Received a voice message from one of their reps. I called this person back and left a message to call me. A week or so passed and I called to check on my order. I was informed that the order was cancelled because the manufacturer did not have stock, which I already knew. This person said that delivery would be 4-6 weeks. I told the rep that I was prepared to wait 4- 6 weeks and was disappointed thaI they cancelled my order without my approval. I went on line to attempted to place an order with the manufacturer. Their website didn't allow the order to be placed. I talked to a factory rep and said that I needed to order these parts. The manufacturer made modifications to their website me to place my order, which I did. The order was shipped within one week.
