GBNo proper follow up and couldn't care about my business. Ordered standard aerator parts for many faucet models. Was glad they indicated stock since the manufacturer and other internet dealers showed out of stock. Placed order. Received a voice message from one of their reps. I called this person back and left a message to call me. A week or so passed and I called to check on my order. I was informed that the order was cancelled because the manufacturer did not have stock, which I already knew. This person said that delivery would be 4-6 weeks. I told the rep that I was prepared to wait 4- 6 weeks and was disappointed thaI they cancelled my order without my approval. I went on line to attempted to place an order with the manufacturer. Their website didn't allow the order to be placed. I talked to a factory rep and said that I needed to order these parts. The manufacturer made modifications to their website me to place my order, which I did. The order was shipped within one week.

GBNice pedestal tub Our tub was delivered very quickl it's very heavy but managed to get it in my house with my wife only. I used lifting straps I bought from Amazon and used a furniture skate under the pallet. We lifted it up gradually putting 2x4's underneath until it reachef the level of our front door then I lifted and leaned back as my wife pushed the end on the skate. Tub is very nice we still have to get it off the pallet and our still remodeling our bathroom. The faucet kit is very nice but was hoping on the cross handles that is shown online our faucets has levers instead. I'm going to call to se if we can get the other handles. Can't wait to use it.

GBDisappointing Product Service We ordered a vanity from DecorSuite.com after searching for it on other websites and finding out that is was out of stock. DecorSuite showed it was in stock and at a lower price as well. We were so excited to finally find the vanity & order it...only to get an email 3 days later that DecorSuite had to refund our credit card because the manufacturer had discontinued the item. First, DecorSuite should keep their website updated with product availability and second, they shouldn't have charged our card before confirming the availability of the item. We had to wait for the refund before we could order it elsewhere and it put our construction behind schedule.

GBAlthough I haven't received my order at … Although I haven't received my order at this hour, it is supposed to arrive today, I am very happy with the service I received. It shipped within two days, which was wonderful. the person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to order from DecorSuite again.

GBMy item was delivered on time My item was delivered on time. I had some initial concerns when my order status still showed as "processing" after a couple days, and I hadn't received confirmation that my item was indeed available (I'd tried ordering same item from another retailer a couple days earlier - and had my order cancelled the next day, due to product being unavailable from manufacturer, so I was nervous.) But when I called customer service to inquire about shipping status, my questions were answered quickly and I received verbal confirmation that my item was ready to ship. I would order from this company again.
