This is a company with HEART! <3 This is a company that really has heart. I received excellent customer service at every point of contact with Eastside Exterminators. The call center was patient with me as I tried to describe my "termite" problem in our Sammamish home. Their technician carefully and painstakingly investigated the problem and showed me that I actually have CARPENTER ANTS! **I'm so glad I called when I did, because we were able to catch the problem very early and prevent any permanent damage to my home. And I'm on a bimonthly protection plan now to keep the ants (and other bugs) away from my house. I really feel like my home is safer under their protection. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family. And even my neighbors! Thanks, Eastside!

High prices for not so great work. I get mixed information from front office staff regarding cost and frequency of crawl space inspection as part of the maintenance program. I requested a relatively slim person to come for this inspection as crawl space entrance is very small, and a not slim person was sent out. I was afraid this person would have cardiac arrest with the amount of perspiration and effort while crawling in and out of the space. In general, prices charged for services are very high for the quality of work, communication, and follow through of projects. Initial inspector was not thorough, leaving me to complete the inspection myself and work through things in trial and error fashion.
