GBSloppy service and VERY Rude Service Rep The worst customer service as a Pest Control company. We set up the account a week ago and had the first time service (we r paying for 20 minutes). The technician came in for approximately 10 minutes only, only spayed on the side of walls, not even making any check point or asking if there is any issues. I contact the office the next day and did not heard back for 5 days. Called the office and finally get a phone call back, Todd Lorah, was not willing to listen and started accusing on our account, stating " we don't want your money. We are not going to services you and your account is cancelled." Then hang up. Wouldn't even listen to the problem and start pushing all the problem back on the customer. Not acceptable. Sloppy service and Very very disappointing service. Contact the corporate office again and still didn't hear anything, still waiting for an explanation.

GBWe had a horrible roach problem and all… We had a horrible roach problem and all the big exterminator company's wanted 500 and we found ACTION Pest control and they were half that and did a super job and that includes a second round. I would recommend them highly.

GBWhen I Call, Action Comes Action and Rich Brown have provided the best service of any of the companies with whom we work. I have called several times because of sightings, and they are always ready to schedule whatever service we need. I have needed to cancel scheduled appointments, and have been treated with understanding. I frequently recommend Action. I hope I always will.

GBQuestionable Since our contract with you started in the winter months ( Nov. or Dec.) You insisted on doing the yearly inspection in the winter. I have never seen a termite in these months. If we see any termites in the spring or summer, we need to call you Then of course there will be a treatment charge. So the contract charge is for your man to come out and do this inspection, then if any thing is found, we pay above and beyond. I would prefer to have the inspection done in the season the termites are more active., Then maybe I would feel more confident with the inspection. As it is now, we feel the inspection is just for show.
