I called on a Wednesday and spoke to a woman in the office. I gave her all of my information and she scheduled my appointment for that Friday between nine and ten a.m. At ten a.m. on that Friday, I called to find out what was going on and what time the inspector would arrive. I spoke to two women who had no idea what I was talking about and said they had absolutely no information about me in their system. When I told them I made the appointment two days earlier, they completely dismissed any inconvenience they caused me, not even an apology. As I tried to address the problem and the fact that I took time off from work to meet the inspector, they continued to dismiss what I was saying and had a very poor condescending attitude about the entire thing. Once I told them I couldn't wait any longer, the woman was very patronizing, not once did she or anyone else I spoke to apologize or even acknowledge their mistake.
