Terminte Control After 4 years the termites came back in the same area. We have been checked yearly. Unfortunately, at the annual inspection recently the terminates were BACK. I am very disappointed that I am waiting 10 days for an Exterminator to destroy the little buggers. i feel the pests are eating away at my sheetrock while I wait. Am I waiting because I don't have damange control or is this the way it is?

Quick visit. The man was very pleasant, but when he was done so quickly, I wondered if he had done an adequate job. Have not seen any insects so I hope it was adequate. I guess I should follow the gentleman around my house to be sure that I am getting the place sprayed? Do they record the amt of liquid spray that they use?

CALLED ACTION TODAY FOR HELP, WAS TOLD THEY HAVE NO APPTS AVAILABLE TODAY OR MONDAY AND TO "CALL ANOTHER COMPANY"! I INTEND TO CANCEL MY YEARLY INSECT CONTROL CONTRACT WITH THEM.

If it is a day thats rain or snowing they will do the inside and give me a date that they will come spray outside when the weather is permitting. When the Sandy Storm hit the Jersey Shore, I need a mold treatment after raising my house, I called several places, Action came within days of our conversation (not weeks) and treated the house.
