When I called to complain of the immense preparation and the failure of the company to achieve ANYTHING, I was told that I could sue them - but they would not come again - nor offer a refund.

Completely missed the ball I have had ACTION for several years and was always given a clear bill of health. The last inspection was two days before we found ants all over outside and massive wood damage. The contractor is here as I write this message 4/28/14 tearing off siding, sheathing and replacing wood structure, plywood etc. The earliest date ACTION would give me for treatment/ remediation was 5/9 even after I advised them that the contractor would be here on Monday. We wished we knew! First of all, the current staff and service people at Action Termite are excellent! However, if we truly understood what our policy with them truly meant, we would have looked for a better policy either with them or someone else. The original service person that we encountered either couldn't provide us with more accurate detailed policy information or wouldn't. We will never know.

Very experience, relieable, and trustworthy company. I have been using Action Termite Company since I bought my house in 1979. I have always have a good experience with the employees that come into my home to do the scheduled app't. If it is a day thats rain or snowing they will do the inside and give me a date that they will come spray outside when the weather is permitting. When the Sandy Storm hit the Jersey Shore, I need a mold treatment after raising my house, I called several places, Action came within days of our conversation (not weeks) and treated the house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone would need these types of services to be done!
