We wished we knew! First of all, the current staff and service people at Action Termite are excellent! However, if we truly understood what our policy with them truly meant, we would have looked for a better policy either with them or someone else. The original service person that we encountered either couldn't provide us with more accurate detailed policy information or wouldn't. We will never know.

I have always have a good experience with the employees that come into my home to do the scheduled app't. If it is a day thats rain or snowing they will do the inside and give me a date that they will come spray outside when the weather is permitting. When the Sandy Storm hit the Jersey Shore, I need a mold treatment after raising my house, I called several places, Action came within days of our conversation (not weeks) and treated the house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone would need these types of services to be done!
