The technician came in for approximately 10 minutes only, only spayed on the side of walls, not even making any check point or asking if there is any issues. I contact the office the next day and did not heard back for 5 days. Called the office and finally get a phone call back, Todd Lorah, was not willing to listen and started accusing on our account, stating " we don't want your money. We are not going to services you and your account is cancelled." Then hang up. Wouldn't even listen to the problem and start pushing all the problem back on the customer. Not acceptable. Sloppy service and Very very disappointing service. Contact the corporate office again and still didn't hear anything, still waiting for an explanation.
