Questionable Since our contract with you started in the winter months ( Nov. or Dec.) You insisted on doing the yearly inspection in the winter. I have never seen a termite in these months. If we see any termites in the spring or summer, we need to call you Then of course there will be a treatment charge. So the contract charge is for your man to come out and do this inspection, then if any thing is found, we pay above and beyond. I would prefer to have the inspection done in the season the termites are more active., Then maybe I would feel more confident with the inspection. As it is now, we feel the inspection is just for show.

Completely missed the ball I have had ACTION for several years and was always given a clear bill of health. The last inspection was two days before we found ants all over outside and massive wood damage. The contractor is here as I write this message 4/28/14 tearing off siding, sheathing and replacing wood structure, plywood etc. The earliest date ACTION would give me for treatment/ remediation was 5/9 even after I advised them that the contractor would be here on Monday. Terminte Control After 4 years the termites came back in the same area. We have been checked yearly. Unfortunately, at the annual inspection recently the terminates were BACK. I am very disappointed that I am waiting 10 days for an Exterminator to destroy the little buggers. i feel the pests are eating away at my sheetrock while I wait. Am I waiting because I don't have damange control or is this the way it is?

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!! I paid $250 for treatment for ants. First the tech sprayed my arm while treating. (I was sitting on porch swing [he just chuckled and said sprayer got away from him!]. Then after only 5 weeks ants started reappearing. They would not do a follow up unless I paid another $250 because it was outside of 30 days!! My sister used gold seal/presto-x and they follow up as many times as necessary with NO CHARGE!!! Should have talked with my sister first!!!! Would NEVER RECOMMEND this company!!
