When I called to complain of the immense preparation and the failure of the company to achieve ANYTHING, I was told that I could sue them - but they would not come again - nor offer a refund.

GBTerminte Control After 4 years the termites came back in the same area. We have been checked yearly. Unfortunately, at the annual inspection recently the terminates were BACK. I am very disappointed that I am waiting 10 days for an Exterminator to destroy the little buggers. i feel the pests are eating away at my sheetrock while I wait. Am I waiting because I don't have damange control or is this the way it is?
