GBCompletely missed the ball I have had ACTION for several years and was always given a clear bill of health. The last inspection was two days before we found ants all over outside and massive wood damage. The contractor is here as I write this message 4/28/14 tearing off siding, sheathing and replacing wood structure, plywood etc. The earliest date ACTION would give me for treatment/ remediation was 5/9 even after I advised them that the contractor would be here on Monday. Thanks for nothing ACTION

GBI agree with all the one star reviews… I agree with all the one star reviews on this site. We were refinancing our home and needed an updated termite certification. I called on a Wednesday and spoke to a woman in the office. I gave her all of my information and she scheduled my appointment for that Friday between nine and ten a.m. At ten a.m. on that Friday, I called to find out what was going on and what time the inspector would arrive. I spoke to two women who had no idea what I was talking about and said they had absolutely no information about me in their system. When I told them I made the appointment two days earlier, they completely dismissed any inconvenience they caused me, not even an apology. As I tried to address the problem and the fact that I took time off from work to meet the inspector, they continued to dismiss what I was saying and had a very poor condescending attitude about the entire thing. Once I told them I couldn't wait any longer, the woman was very patronizing, not once did she or anyone else I spoke to apologize or even acknowledge their mistake.

GBNo bugs, no mess, no bother! We've relied on Action Termite and Pest Control to protect our home for the 10 years since its construction without any problems. Their automatic annual followup programs are well worth the cost and a wise way to protect our largest investment.

GBQuestionable Since our contract with you started in the winter months ( Nov. or Dec.) You insisted on doing the yearly inspection in the winter. I have never seen a termite in these months. If we see any termites in the spring or summer, we need to call you Then of course there will be a treatment charge. So the contract charge is for your man to come out and do this inspection, then if any thing is found, we pay above and beyond. I would prefer to have the inspection done in the season the termites are more active., Then maybe I would feel more confident with the inspection. As it is now, we feel the inspection is just for show.
