I have called several times because of sightings, and they are always ready to schedule whatever service we need. Failed Completely to Rid me of Bedbugs Three times Action came - three times it failed - to eliminate bedbugs from my home. Each time its dog barked at the presence of the bedbugs. When I called to complain of the immense preparation and the failure of the company to achieve ANYTHING, I was told that I could sue them - but they would not come again - nor offer a refund.

Terminte Control After 4 years the termites came back in the same area. We have been checked yearly. Unfortunately, at the annual inspection recently the terminates were BACK. I am very disappointed that I am waiting 10 days for an Exterminator to destroy the little buggers. i feel the pests are eating away at my sheetrock while I wait. Am I waiting because I don't have damange control or is this the way it is?

Very experience, relieable, and trustworthy company. I have been using Action Termite Company since I bought my house in 1979. I have always have a good experience with the employees that come into my home to do the scheduled app't. If it is a day thats rain or snowing they will do the inside and give me a date that they will come spray outside when the weather is permitting. When the Sandy Storm hit the Jersey Shore, I need a mold treatment after raising my house, I called several places, Action came within days of our conversation (not weeks) and treated the house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone would need these types of services to be done!

Questionable Since our contract with you started in the winter months ( Nov. or Dec.) You insisted on doing the yearly inspection in the winter. I have never seen a termite in these months. If we see any termites in the spring or summer, we need to call you Then of course there will be a treatment charge. So the contract charge is for your man to come out and do this inspection, then if any thing is found, we pay above and beyond. I would prefer to have the inspection done in the season the termites are more active., Then maybe I would feel more confident with the inspection. As it is now, we feel the inspection is just for show.
