CAN STILL HEAR ANIMAL IN MY HOME. CALLED ACTION TODAY FOR HELP, WAS TOLD THEY HAVE NO APPTS AVAILABLE TODAY OR MONDAY AND TO "CALL ANOTHER COMPANY"! I INTEND TO CANCEL MY YEARLY INSECT CONTROL CONTRACT WITH THEM.

GBCompletely missed the ball I have had ACTION for several years and was always given a clear bill of health. The last inspection was two days before we found ants all over outside and massive wood damage. The contractor is here as I write this message 4/28/14 tearing off siding, sheathing and replacing wood structure, plywood etc. The earliest date ACTION would give me for treatment/ remediation was 5/9 even after I advised them that the contractor would be here on Monday. Thanks for nothing ACTION
