Puls warranty is not worth it Got the Puls warranty package to save on repairs. But was not told about still having to pay service fees for ppl to come out. In my opinion that doesn’t make sense. If I have membership that is paid monthly why have service fees. Then I cancelled the membership and was charged for cancellation. It’s not worth the 15% savings toward services.

They definitely did a fantastic job but… They definitely did a fantastic job but I guess it also depends who are you hiring as three different times I have called them in they have sent three different guys. No complaints tho as they all were great.

Complete garbage service Complete garbage service. Scheduled multiple appointments and stayed home from work only to have them tell me they needed to rebook as the appointment time approached. I could have gotten repair techs out from another service earlier if I hadn’t wasted time on this terrible company. Never again! Do yourself a favor and find someone else who will actually show up.

We had tons of issues that kept coming… We had tons of issues that kept coming up after the guys were called in and they went and extra mile to take care of everything. I am happy and I think the bill wasn't really reflecting how much work were actually done. Thanks.
