GBNeil is a nice guy Neil is a nice guy. He is working to find the problem with my fridge, by so far has been unable to do so. Between him and another man, we’ve had 5 service calls in the last month for the same problem. Hopefully he’ll figure it out, but so far we’ve spent almost $500 on it.

GBPuls warranty is not worth it Got the Puls warranty package to save on repairs. But was not told about still having to pay service fees for ppl to come out. In my opinion that doesn’t make sense. If I have membership that is paid monthly why have service fees. Then I cancelled the membership and was charged for cancellation. It’s not worth the 15% savings toward services.
