My technician was great My technician was great! He was here within the time frame that was quoted, and called before he got here to tell me he was on his way. He was able to fix the problem quickly and showed me how to use the disposal properly. The app needs to have a way to add pictures so you can document the model and serial numbers.

Puls warranty is not worth it Got the Puls warranty package to save on repairs. But was not told about still having to pay service fees for ppl to come out. In my opinion that doesn’t make sense. If I have membership that is paid monthly why have service fees. Then I cancelled the membership and was charged for cancellation. It’s not worth the 15% savings toward services.

If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. They basically have an appointment system that means nothing. I scheduled a pretty important job with them for the next day. They cancelled the appointment an hour before the appointment. Okay, things happen right. They didn’t have another appointment available for 2 days. I scheduled it and now the night before they cancel the appointment again. Unacceptable, I will never ever use this place again. Literally wasted 3 days believing they would keep their appointments. Do they even want business. I know that it was a smaller job, but if you can’t keep an appointment I’m not giving you a big job.

Do not subscribe! For one-off Services, this company is fine. However, their membership products are a complete scam. Run away from them fast. I was charged several fees even though they described the plan as covering the service, and when I decided to cancel, they are trying to charge additional cancellation fees. I don't know how anyone can see some kind of benefit out of their subscription, it's a complete lie.

Complete garbage service Complete garbage service. Scheduled multiple appointments and stayed home from work only to have them tell me they needed to rebook as the appointment time approached. I could have gotten repair techs out from another service earlier if I hadn’t wasted time on this terrible company. Never again! Do yourself a favor and find someone else who will actually show up.
