They sent Mario out within an hour. I felt truly blessed. I identified the problem, gave me options and prices. He had parts on his truck and had it repaired in 2 hours. USPatrick M was great Patrick M was great at identifying my issue and making the necessary repairs to my Samsung washing machine. I was surprised at the cost to replace the pump on the washer, about 70% of the original cost of the washer, some of that is beyond the control of Accredited Appliance Repair. I am happy to be able to do my laundry at home once again after 2.5 weeks.
