GBI wasn't aware that the policy was only… I wasn't aware that the policy was only for 2 years and it would expire after. I had rated it a 4 star. After this review the general manager called me personally from his cell phone and explained the contract and clarified the misunderstanding. I was very surprised and glad that they strive for excellent customer service. I definitely made the right choice when it come to my extended warranty.

GBCustomer Service was excellent I spoke with Kristy about insurance and she was really helpful. All my questions were answered and she was really nice. I'm seriously considering switching my insurance, and I appreciated that she took the time to give me information.

GBSo far I like what I see So far I like what I see , was with another company and found out about all the people who have been turned down for repairs that supposed to be covered, also my chevy dealer wont take the other coverage because of the hassle they had when trying to get authorization,the other coverage used big name talent on their commercials and they are all full of it. This company National has been very professional since first call Made me feel welcome and comfortable with this decision.also its nice to have a wallet service card with my name and account number and all Numbers I need if I have a breakdown.thanks national so far I like what I see...
