Tend Warranty is the most clear and upfront about their coverages, and what made them stand out from the other companies for me was that the let you select your own service handyman for the repairs, and will repay you the cost. I have had home warranties with other Big name companies before, and I learned that the coverage is not really what they making it out to be, because they will require you to schedule their own, biased, repair company who will lie about the condition of your appliance, and furthermore will refuse to fix it, so that the Warranty company doesn't have to pay.
