GBAt the moment I have not had a claim to… At the moment I have not had a claim to see how smoothly the process goes. But the premiums seem to be in line with similar type plans. I just feel they should catch up on the technology side some. We need to be able to have premiums deducted from checking accounts instead of paying fees the credit card Company charges. I will give them 4 stars for now.

GBThere is no way to contact them There is no way to contact them. Email: support@mytend com. - doesn't work - info@mytend com - same. You call them and the voicemail says "you have to send an email to support@mytend com. Website "My Account" Section, doesnt work.

GBWow Tend Home! Wow, the amount of time wasted with the other companies. Tend has better pricing but, even more important, the amount of time saved to get a repair made. Gray W

GBI’ve had such negative experiences… I’ve had such negative experiences working with other companies but Tend has made me realize that people in the home warranty space actually do care for their customers! The price is a great value and being able to call my own service provider saved me a huge headache! The claims team was friendly and I got paid much quicker than other companies I’ve dealt with. 5 stars!
