GBI’ve had such negative experiences… I’ve had such negative experiences working with other companies but Tend has made me realize that people in the home warranty space actually do care for their customers! The price is a great value and being able to call my own service provider saved me a huge headache! The claims team was friendly and I got paid much quicker than other companies I’ve dealt with. 5 stars!

GBThe team asked for supporting documents… The team asked for supporting documents that was very reasonable. They paid my claim timely and fairly. I have experience with three different home warranty companies, Tend has been the best so far!

GBAt the moment I have not had a claim to… At the moment I have not had a claim to see how smoothly the process goes. But the premiums seem to be in line with similar type plans. I just feel they should catch up on the technology side some. We need to be able to have premiums deducted from checking accounts instead of paying fees the credit card Company charges. I will give them 4 stars for now.
