Goassist - More like Noassist! I have to give one star as it seems impossible to give them zero! Briefly, I contacted Goassist to arrange a repair of a fridgefreezer. After calling them the unit began working again over the weekend but they charged me £89.00 and wouldn't refund the amount as they say I missed the cancellation point. They are closed over the weekend and I had no way to cancel. They are cowboys and I would strongly suggest you use a different repair company for all domestic needs. Money grabbing cowboys!

Absolute cowboy UK operation - avoid like the plague! I just wish I had seen their Trustpilot reviews BEFORE I made the huge mistake of using them. One star is too good for them! They are a smoke and mirrors outfit, all their money-grabbing practices hidden in the small print. Whatever you do, do not sign up to their services - unless you are comfortable with being well and truly shafted! They have two Trustpilot review sites - the UK one is 'temporarily' closed down possibly because no-one has a good word to say about them. I suggest you check it out before joining the list of suckers like me! *** Trustpilot says the US company has a 3.2* average... yet mine is the first and so far only review and I gave it one star. Go figure!

AVOID! Agree with the previous review, stay well clear of them. Awful customer service and completely overcharging and trying to upsell with claiming more is wrong than actually is. I paid my £129 had the initial engineer visit and was unconvinced by the diagnosis on my dishwasher after his 1 minute review. On top of which it was allegedly a "special order set of parts" at another £180 (so over £300 in total) and would take 2-4 weeks to fix. I've since called Bosch out who have repaired the machine in the first visit within a week of booking for £200 all in and it didn't need multiple parts. So my suspicions on the incompetence of the Go Assist engineer were correct. Go Assist are refusing to refund me though despite poor service so will be pursuing through the credit card company.

Horrible company. Stay away. Horrible company. Stay away. I went with them as I had an urgent repair to be done. They sold me the insurance as well which I didn't mind. They couldn't fix the problem and on second visit they wanted to pay me high price for the part claiming they use a genuine part. There was no labour charge but it was obvious the part covered the labour charge as well. Later I got it fixed through someone else's and came to know that the product is discontinued and there is no chance if getting a genuine spare part for it. I lost the initial payment I made but happy to be rid of them. The good reviews here all seem fake. Have a look at reviews on other sites as well and you will hear the same.
