SCAM SCAM! The sales agents (eg Ollie) are dishonest. All they want to do is take your money and run. They tell you what you want to hear. If you want appointment on Tues they’ll say yes, now pay in advance. Then, after payment, you get a message saying the engineer can only come on Friday. They are dishonest and NEVER accept responsibility. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY.

Horrible company. Stay away. Horrible company. Stay away. I went with them as I had an urgent repair to be done. They sold me the insurance as well which I didn't mind. They couldn't fix the problem and on second visit they wanted to pay me high price for the part claiming they use a genuine part. There was no labour charge but it was obvious the part covered the labour charge as well. Later I got it fixed through someone else's and came to know that the product is discontinued and there is no chance if getting a genuine spare part for it. I lost the initial payment I made but happy to be rid of them. The good reviews here all seem fake. Have a look at reviews on other sites as well and you will hear the same.

Absolute cowboy UK operation - avoid like the plague! I just wish I had seen their Trustpilot reviews BEFORE I made the huge mistake of using them. One star is too good for them! They are a smoke and mirrors outfit, all their money-grabbing practices hidden in the small print. Whatever you do, do not sign up to their services - unless you are comfortable with being well and truly shafted! They have two Trustpilot review sites - the UK one is 'temporarily' closed down possibly because no-one has a good word to say about them. I suggest you check it out before joining the list of suckers like me! *** Trustpilot says the US company has a 3.2* average... yet mine is the first and so far only review and I gave it one star. Go figure!
