GBI do ISF with EZ Import because it… gives me peace of mind I do ISF with EZ Import because it takes about the same time to send it to my broker and then I have to bee on top of them to confirm that it did not fall between the cracks and actually got done. Here, I do it myself, have peace of mind, and actually end up with $10 in my pocket too!

GBChat support eventually got it done Chat support eventually got it done, with patience. I think the online forms could be much more intuitive for filling and editing. I also found I had to close the chat window to actually send the revisions. This, using Mozilla. I was confused by codes and moreso, the online merging of ISF [demanded NOW] and arrival notice [much later] data.
