Fast, easy, and well worth the money The service and experience was incredible. Thomas helped me expedite my passport renewal and I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience. I would not hesitate to recommend their service or use it again in the future. I sent my application and information to HelloGov on Wednesday and had a passport waiting at my door the following Wednesday using the expedited service. Thomas helped make the process easy and the team at HelloGov communicated more than I expected and it really felt like a VIP experience. Thanks to the whole team.

Excellent Service, thank you Victoria Your company absolutely saved me and it was great to work with Victoria who handled the whole process from start to finish (doesn't always happen in customer service, so very thankful I had one go-to person who knew all parts of the process). I work in the travel sector and travel significantly to destinations around the world that take up full pages of my passport with visas. I came to HelloGov and had the great pleasure of working with Victoria who quite literally saved me as I had to travel within two weeks and my passport had only two pages left, few countries allow you to travel with one with so few blank pages. The process was so smooth, I had the added obstacle of living in London but managed to ship my passport to a friend living in the US who shipped it to HelloGov's office, and then they managed to get the new passport within a week time and had my friend ship it back to me in London. I cannot recommend this service more, excellent and speedy service, trustworthy and gets the job done. Victoria was attentive, responsive and delivered in the tight timeframe. The online platform works well and great user experience. Thanks again!

4 failed promises in 2 days This service is not ready for the market, and I strongly advice against anyone trusting them with your personal information. I tried using them to replace a lost passport. In the end, I put in more time and effort than I would have if I'd done the whole thing on my own, but with the extra cost of having given a company I no longer trust access to my personal information. Below is the whole backstory, but in summary: 1. The "lost passport" page on HelloGov's website says "No waiting in line!", but I waited in line two different times. 2. The same page says "get it approved the first time," but I did not have it approved the first or second time. 3. The same page says "our AI assistants make sure your application is filled out correctly," but at no point did any AI or human assistant review my passport application. 4. HelloGov's chatbot said I "definitely" did not need to have an in-person appointment, but I actually had to have two. I have a lot going on right now and was looking for a simpler way to replace a lost passport without all of the appointments. I asked their chatbot if they could help me replace a lost passport without an in-person appointment and it said "yes, definitely." I proceeded, paid the fees, and followed all the instructions in the email. Then, I scheduled a Zoom meeting with Thomas, who told me that I needed to book an appointment for in-person acceptance first, and then meet again with him to receive a letter of authorization and shipping label. I expressed disappointment at needing to do an in-person appointment, and he told me he would refund my fees and process my passport at no cost, so I went forward with it. I called around town, found an appointment available, and when I arrived and told the person I needed them to sign the forms but provide them back to me for HelloGov's carrier, the passport office said "absolutely not." "Under no conditions," they told me, "would anyone ever let you do that. You have to bring a signed letter of authorization and shipping label TO THE ACCEPTANCE APPOINTMENT." I had already paid a nonrefundable service fee to that passport acceptance facility, but they sent me home because HelloGov didn't provide me the authorization letter I needed for that meeting. I then emailed Thomas and Victoria (another support person who'd emailed me for some reason) to tell them about this, and then I got an email with a letter of authorization to sign. I also started receiving calls from a number I didn't recognize in DC. The third time, I figured it must be something important so I answered it while I was driving. It was Victoria, who had a very long explanation for me about how "they would need proof of travel" and "she would work that out for me." I told Victoria I couldn't keep track of all that while driving and to please email me everything I needed. When I got home, I found another passport appointment on the other side of town and emailed Victoria and Thomas that I would be going ot that appointment at 2:30pm. Victoria asked me for my birthdate and the last 4 of my social, then sent a shipping label. She did not provide me anything to do with a travel itinerary. I took everything I had from Victoria with me to my new passport appointment, and was told by the passport officer that "under no conditions" (again!) would the department of state accept a hand-carry application without travel plans within 14 days, and since my passport application had travel plans in June, they would not be able to do hand-carry. Dejected, but not wanting to lose another $35 processing fee, I just had them process my passport the ordinary way.
