However, my experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Despite my initial optimism, I have encountered nothing but silence and unresponsiveness from Praia Club. After making the payment, I have received no updates, no acknowledgment of receipt, and no response to my numerous attempts to reach out to them for clarification or assistance. Furthermore, I want to make it clear that I will not hesitate to open a dispute with my bank to seek a refund for the payment made to Praia Club. Additionally, I am prepared to involve law enforcement authorities to address this matter and hold Praia Club accountable for their negligence and poor service.

My wife and I used them to get a D7 and also a nomad visa. My wife and I hired them as a friend of ours referred them. They have helped from start to finish. Ellie would even calm my anxiety when I was worried about the massive paperwork. Marco drove us around looking at flats and gave honest opinions about each one.
