After making the payment, I have received no updates, no acknowledgment of receipt, and no response to my numerous attempts to reach out to them for clarification or assistance. Furthermore, I want to make it clear that I will not hesitate to open a dispute with my bank to seek a refund for the payment made to Praia Club. Additionally, I am prepared to involve law enforcement authorities to address this matter and hold Praia Club accountable for their negligence and poor service.
