Taking the guess work out of the Portuguese Visa and Residency Permit process. When starting to prepare our Portugal Visa documents and subsequent meeting with the AIMA I quickly recognized the magnitude of the project. The Praia Club came highly recommended. Clearly, the decision to hire them was the very best for us. During our very first phone conversation she outlined their process and described the in-depth spreadsheet to keep us on track. She gave me the confidence that the Praia Club team understood exactly what was needed for us to successfully obtain our Visa and subsequent residency permit. Consistently Elizabeth was quick to respond to my questions. For example we were uncertain about the level of detail to supply with financial reports. And her team corrected our misunderstanding about whether a contract to purchase a home was sufficient or whether we needed to supply the deed. The answer was not accessible from online sources or from our realtor. She stayed current with the forms and any process changes made by the SEF that impacted our application, and her legal team was available to interpret requirements I found confusing. We were assisted every step along the way from our Visa application through the meeting to obtain the residency permit. Our success was the result of our wise decision to hire the Praia Club. Dream Maker I'm typically not a man of many words, but, on this occasion, I must make an exception. Elizabeth Sanches is the most amazing person I've never met in person. We've had numerous conversations though. We've been on an excursion, an adventure to fulfill my dream of moving to Portugal. My first visit to Portugal was in 1996 and from that time on, I knew I wanted, I needed to live here. Shortly after my fathers passing in April of 2022, and after going through the will and other fun family stuff, we began the process in earnest in 2023. Her expertise, her professionalism, her knowledge, her husband Marco and her team of experts performed extrordinarily. Her compassion, her understanding of complex situations, her patience. All remarkable. She has made my dream come true. I will turn 65 in November. What a precious gift she has given to me.

Excellent advice and great human being While I have not paid for services from Praia club, I have posted questions on their FB page and received quick and reliable answers. If I run into problems down the road, I will hire them. The fact that they respond to questions on their FB page without telling you to contact them directly or pushing their services speaks volumes. I am not not sure howany people are in the company, but Ellie is the person with whom I have interacted. Helpful and a giving person in times when everyone wants to make a quick dollar/euro.

My wife and I used them to get a D7 and also a nomad visa. My wife and I hired them as a friend of ours referred them. They have helped from start to finish. Ellie would even calm my anxiety when I was worried about the massive paperwork. Marco drove us around looking at flats and gave honest opinions about each one. When we found the right one he even took us to a celebratory lunch. The personal touches are wonderful. So happy they have made our dream of moving to Portugal a reality!
