From January-March, the application process (for us it was a very dense documented experience), legal issues, tax structures questions and pet transport connections, Ellie Rose became our guide and our muse and held our hands through it ALL. When I woke up in the middle of the night with “Oh my goodness what about….” she was there. When my mind persevered on, “But what if…” questions in the early evening (Ellie Rose’s middle if the night) she was there. WHEN I sent stupid memes about my anxiety she was there and she laughed! I relied on Ellie Rose’s expertise and moral support so much so that I had to take on the moacer, The Badger! Even now that our application process is over, we will continue to rely on Praia Club for NHR and tax prep services. Thank you, Ellie Rose! Much gratitude, The Badger.

Dream Maker I'm typically not a man of many words, but, on this occasion, I must make an exception. Elizabeth Sanches is the most amazing person I've never met in person. We've had numerous conversations though. We've been on an excursion, an adventure to fulfill my dream of moving to Portugal. My first visit to Portugal was in 1996 and from that time on, I knew I wanted, I needed to live here. Shortly after my fathers passing in April of 2022, and after going through the will and other fun family stuff, we began the process in earnest in 2023. Her expertise, her professionalism, her knowledge, her husband Marco and her team of experts performed extrordinarily. Her compassion, her understanding of complex situations, her patience. All remarkable. She has made my dream come true. I will turn 65 in November. What a precious gift she has given to me.

Excellent advice and great human being While I have not paid for services from Praia club, I have posted questions on their FB page and received quick and reliable answers. If I run into problems down the road, I will hire them. The fact that they respond to questions on their FB page without telling you to contact them directly or pushing their services speaks volumes. I am not not sure howany people are in the company, but Ellie is the person with whom I have interacted. Helpful and a giving person in times when everyone wants to make a quick dollar/euro.

Warning: Negative Experience with Praia Club Immigration Website I regret to inform you about my extremely disappointing experience with Praia Club. Approximately two months ago, I made an advance payment of 2300 EUR as requested by Praia Club for their services. However, despite fulfilling their requirements, I have yet to receive any assistance or updates regarding my immigration process. Furthermore, after completing the payment, Praia Club inexplicably blocked me and ceased all communication. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to them, they have ignored my messages and failed to provide any explanation or resolution. In light of this experience, I will be initiating a dispute with my bank to seek a refund for the payment made to Praia Club. I urge others to exercise caution and avoid falling victim to similar fraudulent practices.
