It seems the company has many local contractors, so I didn't bother myself with how exactly the process unfolds step by step; the main thing is that I got a positive result. There were a couple of unexpected moves by the unpredictable Portuguese bureaucratic machine, which the guys resolved quite quickly and efficiently.
