PTSituational swindle Unfortunately, these people has no idea how do immigration laws works like. All information from their consultations is available on internet and mostly incorrect. They take no responsibility for the cases and cannot provide legal assistance.

NLVery efficient and professional I've had a very helpful and inspiring consultation with Polina. I had been completely delighted, because in 45 minutes I've got all necessary answers to all of my questions. I highly recommend to use the consultation of guys from imigrata.com if you decide to emigrate. Thank you!

USWe did it!! On to Portugal ) We did it!!! D7 Visa approved through the DC Consulate! On to Portugal! Want to thank Imigrata staff, especially Alex and Natalia for excellent professional service. They answered our calls and messages super-fast around the clock, including weekends. Had our initial consultations on 11/15/21, got the list of documents to prepare and started the process. Below is some info from our perspective to you help in your D7 visa application journey: 12-month Lease Agreement - start here as this was the most time intensive task. Imigrata helped us with some life hacks here, so we only overpaid for 1 month rental instead of the usual 3 months, as others do. NIF - we had no rush, so did it in about 5 days by power of attorney through Natalia (Imigrata). Bank Account - 5 days – Natalia and Imigrata staff opened account at Millennium bank — this probably could’ve been done faster, ~3 days but we had some issues with printing and scanning the account opening documents. Needless to say, 5 days was amazingly fast. We shipped the signed documents via DHL on Thursday evening and on Friday (the next day) our account was open! Natalia received the documents Friday, completed her steps, sent the docs to Millennium the same day and the account was opened. Funding Bank Account - Wise - this was easy, fast, and straightforward. Notarization - we went through our bank but UPS also does notarization if you schedule an appointment. Passport Photos - CVS - we used scissors to cut our photos to meet the size requirements, nothing fancy Medical/Travel Insurance - VFS Global site - the prices were competitive, it was easy, fast, and we figured it was best to go with the ‘recommended’ provider of VFS since they are reviewing the application. We received a digital copy of the insurance policy immediately and our insurance cards in the mail within a couple of weeks. FBI Background Check/Fingerprints - Saturday + 5 business days - we completed the online form during the week, be sure to check the “mail me my documents” box in the online form, and then headed to USPS on a Saturday to complete our fingerprinting. There was a wait since others were waiting to complete their passport applications but we didn’t need an appointment for fingerprinting. Overall it took about an hour to get our fingerprints done. We received our digital results within an hour and we received the sealed envelopes on Friday (5 business days after fingerprinting) Personal Statement - Imigrata helped outline it, and we kept this to one page and kept it simple. We mentioned why we want to be in Portugal, our general finances and means of subsistence, our contacts in Portugal, our flight itinerary, and accommodation information. All in all, it wasn't very difficult, but only because we had Imigrata staff standing by to answer our sometimes stupid questions on a whim. Although the process seems to be pretty straightforward, there are plenty of nuances that require professional help all the time. We can recommend Imigrata wholeheartedly.
