Great experience This was a surreal experience for me - something I thought I'd never find myself doing. John was so great to work with - he made me feel so comfortable, got me the info I needed quickly and checked in after to see how the situation was resolved. peace of mind I contacted north american about doing a back ground check on a person who came in contact with my family. Best decision I've made in a long time I spent weeks trying to find certain information online but to no avail. I chose to hire Darrin and within 2 days he found everything I was looking for. It was a pleasure working with him. I never felt uncomfortable or judged. In fact he was understanding and supportive through the entire process. Why have even one star Why have even one star, as I would not give him even one star... Was very vigilante about getting my $750 retainer initial payment, very little communication or follow up. He will not say 'what' he has done...private??? I think not he has simply not done anything...so has nothing to say to me, other than he needs/wants more $$$$. Save your money....when he told me 'I am an honest man' I should have listened no honest man needs to make that claim
