Professional, thorough and quick! I can't stress enough how important using an experienced investigation company is. I had a bad experience with another P.I. firm and Darrin and his team immediately started on my case, they provided me daily updates and sent me the reports very quickly. I am very impressed and would definitely use them again if needed. I highly recommend them and am very satisfied. They are truly the best out there.

First Class Service NAI and Darrin are first class all the way. Unfortunately, had to do some surveillance and came across Darrin's reviews. My family and I going through a horrible probate court case, to make a long story short we needed a background investigation on a woman claiming to be a Registered nurse. I called NAI not knowing what to expect. I spoke to Darrin and I know I was nervously rambling on. Darrin was so calm, cool & professional, took some information and 10 days later we had what we needed. Can’t speak enough on how professional Darrin and the staff were.

Great experience This was a surreal experience for me - something I thought I'd never find myself doing. John was so great to work with - he made me feel so comfortable, got me the info I needed quickly and checked in after to see how the situation was resolved. Hoping I never need him again (don't take it personally John!!), but if I do I know where I'm going!

The Best There will never be enough words or the right words to express my gratitude. I dealt with Darrin who was always available to work with me regarding my husband's infidelity. Darrin had compassion and empathy while helping me thru this terrible time. I felt very lost and Darrin helped me see what was going on.
