5 stars not enough 5 stars not enough, I’ll give them 10. My family and I going through a horrible probate court case, to make a long story short we needed a background investigation on a woman claiming to be a Registered nurse. I called NAI not knowing what to expect. I spoke to Darrin and I know I was nervously rambling on. Darrin was so calm, cool & professional, took some information and 10 days later we had what we needed. Can’t speak enough on how professional Darrin and the staff were.

Why have even one star Why have even one star, as I would not give him even one star... Was very vigilante about getting my $750 retainer initial payment, very little communication or follow up. He will not say 'what' he has done...private??? I think not he has simply not done anything...so has nothing to say to me, other than he needs/wants more $$$$. Save your money....when he told me 'I am an honest man' I should have listened no honest man needs to make that claim

Missing person found Darrin recently helped our family to locate a loved one. His team handled the situation in a caring and discreet way. I was amazed at how quickly they succeeded in locating the family member. He returned each call/ email we sent and gave us regular updates. He completed the mission in less than three days.
