Great experience This was a surreal experience for me - something I thought I'd never find myself doing. John was so great to work with - he made me feel so comfortable, got me the info I needed quickly and checked in after to see how the situation was resolved. Hoping I never need him again (don't take it personally John!!), but if I do I know where I'm going!

Missing person found Darrin recently helped our family to locate a loved one. His team handled the situation in a caring and discreet way. peace of mind I contacted north american about doing a back ground check on a person who came in contact with my family. Why have even one star Why have even one star, as I would not give him even one star... Was very vigilante about getting my $750 retainer initial payment, very little communication or follow up. He will not say 'what' he has done...private??? I think not he has simply not done anything...so has nothing to say to me, other than he needs/wants more $$$$. Save your money....when he told me 'I am an honest man' I should have listened no honest man needs to make that claim
