My family and I going through a horrible probate court case, to make a long story short we needed a background investigation on a woman claiming to be a Registered nurse. I called NAI not knowing what to expect. I spoke to Darrin and I know I was nervously rambling on. Professional, thorough and quick! I can't stress enough how important using an experienced investigation company is. I had a bad experience with another P.I. firm and Darrin and his team immediately started on my case, they provided me daily updates and sent me the reports very quickly. Great experience This was a surreal experience for me - something I thought I'd never find myself doing. John was so great to work with - he made me feel so comfortable, got me the info I needed quickly and checked in after to see how the situation was resolved.
