First Class Service NAI and Darrin are first class all the way. Unfortunately, had to do some surveillance and came across Darrin's reviews. From the moment I spoke on the phone with Darrin, I had a great comfort level and knew the job would get done properly. Attention to detail and thoughtfulness of questions and background information all very precise and timely accurate reporting. I could not recommend Darrin and NAI more, and will use them again if need be! Thank you!

Why have even one star Why have even one star, as I would not give him even one star... Was very vigilante about getting my $750 retainer initial payment, very little communication or follow up. He will not say 'what' he has done...private??? I think not he has simply not done anything...so has nothing to say to me, other than he needs/wants more $$$$. Save your money....when he told me 'I am an honest man' I should have listened no honest man needs to make that claim

I spoke with Darrin Giglio several times and used his many years of knowledge and expertise for surveillance. Darrin Is a true professional and is available throughout the investigation. I leaned on Darrin and his team several times, in sporadic and contiguous surveillance. Locally and afar, in my case nothing was found but each time information was sent over in real time. Professional, thorough and quick! I can't stress enough how important using an experienced investigation company is. I had a bad experience with another P.I. firm and Darrin and his team immediately started on my case, they provided me daily updates and sent me the reports very quickly. My family and I going through a horrible probate court case, to make a long story short we needed a background investigation on a woman claiming to be a Registered nurse. I called NAI not knowing what to expect. I spoke to Darrin and I know I was nervously rambling on. Darrin was so calm, cool & professional, took some information and 10 days later we had what we needed. Can’t speak enough on how professional Darrin and the staff were.
