My family and I going through a horrible probate court case, to make a long story short we needed a background investigation on a woman claiming to be a Registered nurse. I called NAI not knowing what to expect. I spoke to Darrin and I know I was nervously rambling on. Great experience This was a surreal experience for me - something I thought I'd never find myself doing. John was so great to work with - he made me feel so comfortable, got me the info I needed quickly and checked in after to see how the situation was resolved. Hoping I never need him again (don't take it personally John!!), but if I do I know where I'm going!
