Best decision I've made in a long time I spent weeks trying to find certain information online but to no avail. I chose to hire Darrin and within 2 days he found everything I was looking for. It was a pleasure working with him. I never felt uncomfortable or judged. In fact he was understanding and supportive through the entire process. I fully 1000% recommend Darrin and North American Investigators. Their price was more then reasonable, he was very professional, and bottom line is he did everything I asked him to do. Professional, thorough and quick! I can't stress enough how important using an experienced investigation company is. I had a bad experience with another P.I. firm and Darrin and his team immediately started on my case, they provided me daily updates and sent me the reports very quickly. I am very impressed and would definitely use them again if needed. I highly recommend them and am very satisfied. They are truly the best out there.

Why have even one star Why have even one star, as I would not give him even one star... Was very vigilante about getting my $750 retainer initial payment, very little communication or follow up. He will not say 'what' he has done...private??? I think not he has simply not done anything...so has nothing to say to me, other than he needs/wants more $$$$. Save your money....when he told me 'I am an honest man' I should have listened no honest man needs to make that claim

5 stars not enough 5 stars not enough, I’ll give them 10. My family and I going through a horrible probate court case, to make a long story short we needed a background investigation on a woman claiming to be a Registered nurse. I called NAI not knowing what to expect. I spoke to Darrin and I know I was nervously rambling on. Darrin was so calm, cool & professional, took some information and 10 days later we had what we needed. Can’t speak enough on how professional Darrin and the staff were.
