My family and I going through a horrible probate court case, to make a long story short we needed a background investigation on a woman claiming to be a Registered nurse. I called NAI not knowing what to expect. I spoke to Darrin and I know I was nervously rambling on. Darrin was so calm, cool & professional, took some information and 10 days later we had what we needed. Can’t speak enough on how professional Darrin and the staff were.

Nothing but the best...! I was caught in an unfair situation after many years of trust in a marriage being broken. I spoke with Darrin Giglio several times and used his many years of knowledge and expertise for surveillance. Darrin Is a true professional and is available throughout the investigation. I leaned on Darrin and his team several times, in sporadic and contiguous surveillance. Locally and afar, in my case nothing was found but each time information was sent over in real time. NAI is Professional, Fast, Effective I'd tried various online data sources to track down someone who had agreed that he owed me a mid-five-figure sum, and then disappeared. NAI found his new location in one day- a gated situation, so serving papers on him may be difficult. NAI has been a helpful advisor in discussing next steps.

Why have even one star Why have even one star, as I would not give him even one star... Was very vigilante about getting my $750 retainer initial payment, very little communication or follow up. He will not say 'what' he has done...private??? I think not he has simply not done anything...so has nothing to say to me, other than he needs/wants more $$$$. Save your money....when he told me 'I am an honest man' I should have listened no honest man needs to make that claim

Exceptional Service North American Investigations were very kind and sincere, asked me all the questions pertaining to the service I needed. Very reasonably priced. I got my results within 3 days and it was very detailed and I could tell by the results they sent me, what they found out was very accurate, they gave me information in the report that I had forgotten to tell them.
