I got my results within 3 days and it was very detailed and I could tell by the results they sent me, what they found out was very accurate, they gave me information in the report that I had forgotten to tell them. 5 stars not enough 5 stars not enough, I’ll give them 10. My family and I going through a horrible probate court case, to make a long story short we needed a background investigation on a woman claiming to be a Registered nurse. I called NAI not knowing what to expect. I spoke to Darrin and I know I was nervously rambling on. Darrin was so calm, cool & professional, took some information and 10 days later we had what we needed. Can’t speak enough on how professional Darrin and the staff were.

Why have even one star Why have even one star, as I would not give him even one star... Was very vigilante about getting my $750 retainer initial payment, very little communication or follow up. He will not say 'what' he has done...private??? I think not he has simply not done anything...so has nothing to say to me, other than he needs/wants more $$$$. Save your money....when he told me 'I am an honest man' I should have listened no honest man needs to make that claim

Great experience This was a surreal experience for me - something I thought I'd never find myself doing. John was so great to work with - he made me feel so comfortable, got me the info I needed quickly and checked in after to see how the situation was resolved. Hoping I never need him again (don't take it personally John!!), but if I do I know where I'm going!

peace of mind I contacted north american about doing a back ground check on a person who came in contact with my family. I was only able to give them a last name of the person and their most recent address.and in less than 10days they were able to give me the information I needed To feel more confident about my family's safety in regards to this person I would recommend north America to any one .thanking you in advance james J.
