GBI had struggled for months to track… I had struggled for months to track down a person critical to the research I am conducting for a book. GB5 stars not enough 5 stars not enough, I’ll give them 10. My family and I going through a horrible probate court case, to make a long story short we needed a background investigation on a woman claiming to be a Registered nurse. I called NAI not knowing what to expect. I spoke to Darrin and I know I was nervously rambling on. Darrin was so calm, cool & professional, took some information and 10 days later we had what we needed. Can’t speak enough on how professional Darrin and the staff were.

GBWhy have even one star Why have even one star, as I would not give him even one star... Was very vigilante about getting my $750 retainer initial payment, very little communication or follow up. He will not say 'what' he has done...private??? I think not he has simply not done anything...so has nothing to say to me, other than he needs/wants more $$$$. Save your money....when he told me 'I am an honest man' I should have listened no honest man needs to make that claim

GBBest decision I've made in a long time I spent weeks trying to find certain information online but to no avail. I chose to hire Darrin and within 2 days he found everything I was looking for.
