For the most part this company is fine… For the most part this company is fine to work with, receipt of payment in timely manner, usually receive a response in a timely manner. But in the case of the constant need for a review of a scan before dropping documents, it is NOT done in a timely manner. My signings are usually an hour plus away and not wanting to have to drive back those distances, I wait in the area for confirmation that is taking an hour or more. This cuts into my next appointment. This last appointment was held on a Sunday which was the only day available for signer due to his work schedule. I was told after calling your company that there are no reviews done on Sundays. I was not told that before. Therefore I was very frustrated on the communication lag and vowed not to take any that required weekends as it takes long enough, too long, on weekdays for a review/approval.
