GBPac Signing is a great company to work with. I had a very good experience with Pac Signing LLC. They got the documents to me when I requested them and I was paid in a timely fashion. I would gladly do business with them anytime.

GBFor the most part this company is fine… For the most part this company is fine to work with, receipt of payment in timely manner, usually receive a response in a timely manner. But in the case of the constant need for a review of a scan before dropping documents, it is NOT done in a timely manner. My signings are usually an hour plus away and not wanting to have to drive back those distances, I wait in the area for confirmation that is taking an hour or more. This cuts into my next appointment. This last appointment was held on a Sunday which was the only day available for signer due to his work schedule. I was told after calling your company that there are no reviews done on Sundays. I was not told that before. Therefore I was very frustrated on the communication lag and vowed not to take any that required weekends as it takes long enough, too long, on weekdays for a review/approval.

GBGood communication and guidelines Good communication and guidelines. Review prior to ship is always good to verify there are no issues or concerns. Rating would be a 5, but I'll wait and see how timely payment for services ends up being.
