Everything seemed to go smoothly. -

Poor Communication It was my first assignment with Pac Signing, I called multiple times to get clarification of the assignment and no one ever picked up. I was on hold for over 25 minutes. I also have yet to be paid, and have no idea how your company goes about paying.

Responsive Staff I enjoyed working with Pac Signing. I especially appreciate that they were very responsive to questions I had, either on the phone or via messages posted on the portal. I never had to wait or leave a voice message - someone always picked up the phone, or else I got a response to my written messages very quickly.
