Poor Communication It was my first assignment with Pac Signing, I called multiple times to get clarification of the assignment and no one ever picked up. I was on hold for over 25 minutes. I also have yet to be paid, and have no idea how your company goes about paying.

Good communication and guidelines Good communication and guidelines. Review prior to ship is always good to verify there are no issues or concerns. Rating would be a 5, but I'll wait and see how timely payment for services ends up being.
