Ms. Smith gave the highest level professional customer support and did so over a long period of time, through my tribulations and set-backs, and she remained consistent as a ruler straight line. Of all the customer service in person or on the phone, in my life, Heather Smith, at Precision Tax Relief, is the very best! She's polite, she listens, she answers the questions with aplomp, she is intelligent, and she was persistent. All the staff at PTR were very good but Ms. Smith was the best ever.
