She fought for me against an IRS agent who was very difficult to deal with. She always returned my calls and updated me all the time with my case. I can not say enough great things about everything she and the company did for me. The billing department was great as well. Precision Makes It Easy! Precision made a longtime personal burden VERY easy to deal with. Because of both chronic physical and mental health issues, I hadn’t filed my taxes in years. I was always worried that filing *this* year would only bring attention to it, and didn’t even know how to get right with the IRS. My tax professional at Precision, Trung Nguyen, made it so easy and was INCREDIBLY patient with me. And their secure portal makes uploading documents safe and secure. In the end, we’ve finished the last six years as required by the IRS, and it looks like I’ll come out owing $0. And now I can move forward without this hanging over my head. I highly recommend them. They’re professional, decent (as in kind), and I’ll happily go back to them to prepare my taxes next year.
