It was challenging finding a tax service where I would not feel taken advantage of. When I investigated Precision Tax I found them to be a breath of fresh air. From start to finish Precision Tax was… From start to finish Precision Tax was amazing!! Cindy was able to answer all my questions. She fought for me against an IRS agent who was very difficult to deal with. She always returned my calls and updated me all the time with my case. I can not say enough great things about everything she and the company did for me. The billing department was great as well. My experience with Precision Tax Relief… My experience with Precision Tax Relief has been 5-stars all around, and especially in comparison with other tax agencies (which were extremely scammy). PTR's staff (Taylor, Shana, Eric, Ariel, Tracy, and many others) was always able to answer my questions, answered all of my questions, and made sure that I was fully aware of the fees. During the entire case, I knew that PTR would handle any issues that came up with the IRS, and this was an incredible stress relief.
