Trademark Elite handled the trademark process well Trademark Elite handled the final process and was able to get approval without much effort on my part. I provided the documentation and examples they had requested and they handled everything from that point forward. They were quick to respond to my inquiries on Trademark status. I never had to wait more than a day for any updates. Overall they were excellent and easy to work with. The only suggestion I would have, is that they be more proactive with providing updates on the progress of the Trademark status and not wait for me to ask.

Save time and money: hire Trademark Elite I attempted to trademark my business name on my own. Big mistake. All kinds of roadblocks and additional information, and on and on...not to mention the money I wasted. The attorney at Trademark Elite was local in my area. He asked a few questions, then requested a few documents. Done. Wait for the response from the feds, and I now own the trademark.
