Great customer service The staff was very informative and explained the process of how it worked and told us if we had questions to contact them. Everyone we spoke with always listened to our questions and assured us they weer there to help us.

For me For me, enrolling in a debt reduction program was the only way to get out of my financial bind. When I phoned Level One Law, they were very helpful in answering my questions regarding the debt relief program and did not pressure me into making a decision right away, which I greatly liked. They have been supportive and sympathetic throughout everything that is happened.

Level One Law Firm has been an… Level One Law Firm has been an excellent decision for my family and I. They have reduced my stress around keeping up with the payments of multiple credit cards and loans. Making one payment a month has given us financial relief, without having to file bankruptcy.

Don't fall for their unethical business… Don't fall for their unethical business practices. Our rep, Sam Bartner, (doubtful that's even his real name) sold us on their debt consolidation program by telling us there were no fees except for a small admin fee. I thought it was too good to be true but I was so desperate that I believed him and went through with it. After 8 months in the program nothing has been settled, I've been served with a lawsuit from one of my creditors, and even though we have paid them almost $11k there was only $4k in our "account" to pay off creditors when we cancelled the program. We now have no choice but to go bankrupt thanks to their deceitful and shady business model.
