The communication not good!!! The communication was great at beginning but I’ve called emailed and asked for call back only to get please call the same number that couldn’t answer my questions the first time. My rep who promised to be with me through it all stopped returning my calls and stopped responding to my emails. Not happy

I wasn't sure at first I wasn't sure at first, but I received my first settlement the other day. Yes, the company takes their fees out first, and I was told this from the beginning. Hopefully, the next settlement will come soon. Level One Law so far has done everything I was informed.

My Level One Experience From the beginning of this process, Level One was completely upfront about what will happen as the negotiations play out, and was very reassuring about how they will support this effort.
