I really do not trust "GoodTrust" I really do not trust "GoodTrust"! I tried their 'singing photo' app, but found it impossible to avoid signing up for cookies, which means I will be inundated with unwanted spam. The singing photos are just clickbait drawing you into endless promotion, extremely irritating.

Rough start, good support and resolution! I got off to a rough start with GoodTrust, in that there was a software glitch that wouldn't allow me to add my son and soul heir. After a few rounds of email with customer support, Leon set up a time to chat with me and helped me resolve this issue to my satisfaction. I came away from the call feeling much more confident in the service and customer support. I hope they get the initial glitch worked out, but am very pleased with my outcome.

Not a good provider Not a good provider. I deleted my account, which states, "once it's deleted, your information will be deleted", which is a lie. They will start billing you a few months down the line. AVOID!!

Simple, affordable, useful. Simple, affordable, and covers all bases. Creating a GoodTrust account and filling out all the appropriate documents has given me peace of mind. Keep up the great work, everyone!
