But technical issues are to be expected with EVERY server. I have hundreds of accounts on lots of servers, so I know about issues. But what's important is if the server people respond and help when it happens. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! They always help with issues very quickly.

Don't use this company - even for Black Friday! Bought a year's hosting in a 90% off black Friday deal last year. As their hosting plans are expensive, I did not want to renew and logged in today (three days before the renewal date) to shut the site down, only to discover they had already charged me $130! Made three requests for a refund to their sales team, who bluntly refused to return my money and made no attempt to resolve the situation amicably. I am now being forced to escalate the dispute through PayPal and the BBB. My advice - avoid!
