PHExcellent web hosting with WebHostFace Excellent web hosting with WebHostFace I have used a lot of different web hosting companies over the past 22 years, but WebHostFace has been the best one so far. I have had an account with them for over 6 years now and enjoy the prompted support. I've never had any downtime with my websites or email. The setup is also really easy and straightforward and they use Cpanel. Highly recommended! Thanks WHF!

GBAvoid this company Avoid this company. Too expensive for the service offered. They will bait you by offering dirt cheap for first year. I accidently forgot to remove my card details and they took 261USD to renew just a standard hosting service. I contacted them on the day the service was renewed and they simply refused to offer refund. Cheap marketing tactics. I had similar scenario in the past with godaddy and others and they were kind to understand the situation and refunded but this company will simply not care about customer. I will think twice before using them or recommending them ever.

GBTried other options and ended up coming back. I used WebHostFace for 5 years and had a great experience. Good site speeds, responsive support, no complaints for the basic websites I am hosting. In the interest of saving money, I tried a lifetime deal with another company for less money that didn't work out. Due to the great earlier experience with WebHostFace, I ended up coming back. I wish I had just signed up for the lifetime deal with them instead.

GBDon't use this company - even for Black Friday! Bought a year's hosting in a 90% off black Friday deal last year. As their hosting plans are expensive, I did not want to renew and logged in today (three days before the renewal date) to shut the site down, only to discover they had already charged me $130! Made three requests for a refund to their sales team, who bluntly refused to return my money and made no attempt to resolve the situation amicably. I am now being forced to escalate the dispute through PayPal and the BBB. My advice - avoid!

GBGreat customer service We joined WebHostFace when we were looking to change hosts. They were new and had great starting rates so we signed up for a 3 year plan. Their customer service has been great and when the plan expired we renewed. Definitely a quality business with good communication and customer service.
