GBDon't use this company - even for Black Friday! Bought a year's hosting in a 90% off black Friday deal last year. As their hosting plans are expensive, I did not want to renew and logged in today (three days before the renewal date) to shut the site down, only to discover they had already charged me $130! Made three requests for a refund to their sales team, who bluntly refused to return my money and made no attempt to resolve the situation amicably. I am now being forced to escalate the dispute through PayPal and the BBB. My advice - avoid!

GBGreat customer service We joined WebHostFace when we were looking to change hosts. They were new and had great starting rates so we signed up for a 3 year plan. Their customer service has been great and when the plan expired we renewed. Definitely a quality business with good communication and customer service.

CAWebHostFace is my only host now I now use WebHostFace as my only hosting service, after using GoDaddy, among other big name hosters. WebHostFace beats them all when it comes to value, and their support has been unbeatable. When I've had issues I've been able to talk to a real person to get help within minutes. I have zero complaints after using WHF for about 2 years now, and will be staying with them for the foreseeable future.

GBI have always had a great experience… I have always had a great experience with this company. I know for anyone new to website hosting it can be frustrating and upsetting. But technical issues are to be expected with EVERY server. I have hundreds of accounts on lots of servers, so I know about issues. But what's important is if the server people respond and help when it happens. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! They always help with issues very quickly.
