Five years with WebHostFace I've been with WebHostFace for over 5 years and in that time my website has been trouble free. On the few occasions I needed to contact support the issues have been promptly resolved. One area that lets the service down is the email addresses I have connected to my account. The IP address has been flagged and put on an external organization's spam list — despite the fact that I hardly ever send emails, and those I do send are definitely not spam. I can only assume that since I'm hosted on a shared server some other account attached to the same server has sent spam emails in the past. Getting my email IP address removed from the external organization's spam list is near impossible!
