Disingenuous as Heck My case was eventually settled, but I was ultimately very disappointed in by the manner in which I was treated - by my own lawyers! They got a pretty penny in my case, but I was treated very poorly (rudely, even!) during the daylong settlement negotiations. They were in shark mode but forgot to turn it off when dealing with me, their client! I was near physical collapse by the end of the day (due to health issues) but never once did they bother to ask if I was ok. They may be good at law, but show a little respect, for crying out loud.

So much more than just a law firm... Excellent communication through out the process. Truely had my best interests in mind. Stephanie Talavera fought hard for me. She really knew how to answer everything they tried to throw at her, with case laws and her professional experience, beet them each time. Excellent team all around. I received a settlement far more than I expected. Thank you McKennon Team!
