Like pulling teeth to get them to deliver work! Absolutely terrible service! At every stage in the patent preparation process, he was at least a week late in his promised delivery time window, and he would not even reach out to me to tell me why or inform me of a delay. Instead, I would have to reach out to him often several times to get him to work on my patent. I politely expressed my dissatisfaction but saw no improvement in performance. More than a month and a half after paying them to work on my patent filling I have still received nothing more than, "sorry, i'm slammed" bs placating email and a bunch of spam from his firm.

Ten Star rating I had absolutely no idea how to go about getting something trademarked, and quite frankly I was nervous that I would cost my company a lot of money for a huge mistake. I am very disappointed I am very disappointed. I paid for my patent certificate on January 10th. Even though I paid $600 for this last stage of the patent process, Jessica will not take responsibility for at least double checking with me regarding my mailing address before mailing out my original certificate. She sent it to a wrong address. I have been waiting for over 3 months and who knows when I will ever get my certified copy of my design patent. Of course, there was an initial handsome sum to submit an application for the patent itself. I have lost confidence in this firm.
