Rubber Tree Replacement I received a rubber tree plant and observed spider mites about a week later. I contacted Lively Root for help to rid the spider mites and they offered to replace it or give me a credit towards a new plant. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to serve me. They were also very responsive, professional, and kind. I am a dedicated customer and will return for more plant babies.

My new plant from Livelyroot that cleans the air while I sleep peacefully I was reading a blog on Livelyroot about how they are a promoter of NASA approved clean-air-plants and in particular, plants that help with sleep! I found a Lemon Lime Dragon Tree dracaenas on Livelyroot’s shopping site. After cross referencing with NASA I reconfirmed this particular plant is recommended to clean the air of harmful chemicals so we placed our order on Livelyroot! It does well in low to medium light so we placed in our bedroom. I’ve slept like a baby the last 2 nights! Livelyroot secured our plant in a box and it looked perfect when we took it out. Well done Livelyroot!

I received a plant as a gift I received a plant as a gift. It showed up with rot on half the leaves. I reached out for a replacement. They said they'd send one. They never did.

Exceptional customer service I want to let anyone know if your looking for great customer service to go along with beautifully maintained plants, you've found it! I ordered 1 snake plant that arrived as expected but unfortunately FedEx was awful with delivering my 2 lrg Fiddle plants. CS was excellent with accommodating me!! I totally blame FedEx and will be ordering from them again, as they will avoid FedEx for my account. A1 !!

PROS at PROMPTLY making a WRONG into a RIGHT! I originally had ordered the Pink Flamingo plant but it unfortunately arrived on the early dying stages. I emailed you all the pics and i got a quick response back with choosing the equal dollar amount of another plant but advised to pick a more durable plant for the long travel it would take to arrive here to ensure its life. I did that and what’s wild is, I was already notified by my Shop app of its shipment details BEFORE your already fast response of those details!! I was POSITIVELY BAFFLED by the swift action made by Crystal and company!! It was delivered today, 9/20/2022 and it’s oh so cute too!! Thank you all again for your PROMPT response in getting this issue rectified, Crystal, and those other anonymous people who made this wrong a right!!
