GBI received a plant as a gift I received a plant as a gift. It showed up with rot on half the leaves. I reached out for a replacement. They said they'd send one. They never did.

GBDishonest. Avoid I bought a pink princess philodendron. What I got was nothing like what they advertise. It was a premium price so I expected more. I did not get a pink princess but some other philodendron which shouldn't cost more than $15. Their 100% happiness guarantee is BS. I emailed and filled out the contact form like the website says and no response. Beware of the reviews on the website, they filter them and only publish the positive ones.

GBMy new plant from Livelyroot that cleans the air while I sleep peacefully I was reading a blog on Livelyroot about how they are a promoter of NASA approved clean-air-plants and in particular, plants that help with sleep! I found a Lemon Lime Dragon Tree dracaenas on Livelyroot’s shopping site. After cross referencing with NASA I reconfirmed this particular plant is recommended to clean the air of harmful chemicals so we placed our order on Livelyroot! It does well in low to medium light so we placed in our bedroom. I’ve slept like a baby the last 2 nights! Livelyroot secured our plant in a box and it looked perfect when we took it out. Well done Livelyroot!

GBI received a Chinese money plant as a… I received a Chinese money plant as a gift. It arrived with a full blow thrips infestation…. Just unpacking the box in my apartment spread the little buggers to my other plants…. They are near impossible to get rid of so use caution when ordering from lively root. They guarantee & will replace plant but the damage was already done.

GBArrived wilted The plant was a birthday gift for my mom. I have had great experiences with Lively Root before so I did not hesitate to place another order. Unfortunately, the plant arrived very wilted and had dropped a lot of leaves and blooms in its box. Fortunately the recipient recognized it just needed to be watered and propped with a trellis, and now it’s coming back to life. I imagine the Florida heat was a factor during transport, but I was disappointed that it arrived in such bad condition.
