My new plant from Livelyroot that cleans the air while I sleep peacefully I was reading a blog on Livelyroot about how they are a promoter of NASA approved clean-air-plants and in particular, plants that help with sleep! I found a Lemon Lime Dragon Tree dracaenas on Livelyroot’s shopping site. After cross referencing with NASA I reconfirmed this particular plant is recommended to clean the air of harmful chemicals so we placed our order on Livelyroot! It does well in low to medium light so we placed in our bedroom. I’ve slept like a baby the last 2 nights! Livelyroot secured our plant in a box and it looked perfect when we took it out. Well done Livelyroot!

I’ve purchased from many different companies and this is the best. On top of BEAUTIFUL plants, the customer service in outstanding. I get a reply at most within 1-2 days. They understand costumers come first and have done everything to assist me. Any damage to plants was clearly due to shipping and I’ve received credit, replacements and refunds. Customer Service The experience with the customer service team at LivelyRoot, was not good. Firstly, the fact that you can't get anyone to answer the phone # for customer service is frustrating. I get that people don't want to answer the phone anymore, but the issue I had regarding receiving some damaged plants, could have been resolved in ONE phone call versus 4 separate emails between myself and the customer who purchased the plants for me as a gift. This experience was beyond frustrating and makes me question how this company receives such great reviews for their customer service.

Incredible customer service Incredible customer service! My plants came damaged because of the shipping carrier turning the box upside down in transit which was out of their control and they went above and beyond to get me replacement plants! I have been having delivery issues with… I have been having delivery issues with livelyroot. Plants have come in crushed, one plant sat at the post office for almost a week without anyone contacting us to tell us it was there. Unfortunately livelyroot wrote the answer to it was that it was the delivery company’s issue not theirs. So much for their 100% guarantee.
