Fantastic customer support Fantastic customer support! I sent a tree to my son as a gift. It was delivered quickly, packaged well but some limbs were broken. I was disappointed that it was damaged during shipping but the customer service team did everything to satisfy us. Will definitely shop here again.

I have been having delivery issues with… I have been having delivery issues with livelyroot. Plants have come in crushed, one plant sat at the post office for almost a week without anyone contacting us to tell us it was there. Unfortunately livelyroot wrote the answer to it was that it was the delivery company’s issue not theirs. So much for their 100% guarantee.

Any issues I had with my order where address immediately & now I’m enjoying my beautiful plants everyday! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to bring beauty & nature into their lives!

PROS at PROMPTLY making a WRONG into a RIGHT! I originally had ordered the Pink Flamingo plant but it unfortunately arrived on the early dying stages. I emailed you all the pics and i got a quick response back with choosing the equal dollar amount of another plant but advised to pick a more durable plant for the long travel it would take to arrive here to ensure its life. I did that and what’s wild is, I was already notified by my Shop app of its shipment details BEFORE your already fast response of those details!! I was POSITIVELY BAFFLED by the swift action made by Crystal and company!! It was delivered today, 9/20/2022 and it’s oh so cute too!! Thank you all again for your PROMPT response in getting this issue rectified, Crystal, and those other anonymous people who made this wrong a right!!

I’ve purchased from many different companies and this is the best. On top of BEAUTIFUL plants, the customer service in outstanding. I get a reply at most within 1-2 days. They understand costumers come first and have done everything to assist me. Any damage to plants was clearly due to shipping and I’ve received credit, replacements and refunds.
