I was getting quite frustrated until… I was getting quite frustrated going back-and-forth via email- because of some issue at checkout and dealing with getting the refund for my two plants that weren’t doing so well. After chatting on the phone today, my expectations were highly surpassed and I am quite satisfied. Thanks you Fingers crossed the new plants like their new home

BEWARE BEWARE. It’s always a red flag when you can’t speak to someone but instead get an automated response directing you to send an email. 3 out 4 orders have been missing items or not sent at all. Was I notified? Of course not. So I contacted them through email, & when I finally got a response days later, they acted like it was no big deal, & didn’t even offer to refund shipping charges. Oh btw, this was a birthday gift for my sweet 80 year old neighbor. When I asked if she liked her plant she informed me that she never receive it.

I’ve purchased from many different companies and this is the best. On top of BEAUTIFUL plants, the customer service in outstanding. I get a reply at most within 1-2 days. They understand costumers come first and have done everything to assist me. Any damage to plants was clearly due to shipping and I’ve received credit, replacements and refunds. My new plant from Livelyroot that cleans the air while I sleep peacefully I was reading a blog on Livelyroot about how they are a promoter of NASA approved clean-air-plants and in particular, plants that help with sleep! I found a Lemon Lime Dragon Tree dracaenas on Livelyroot’s shopping site. After cross referencing with NASA I reconfirmed this particular plant is recommended to clean the air of harmful chemicals so we placed our order on Livelyroot! It does well in low to medium light so we placed in our bedroom. I’ve slept like a baby the last 2 nights! Livelyroot secured our plant in a box and it looked perfect when we took it out. Well done Livelyroot!

PROS at PROMPTLY making a WRONG into a RIGHT! I originally had ordered the Pink Flamingo plant but it unfortunately arrived on the early dying stages. I emailed you all the pics and i got a quick response back with choosing the equal dollar amount of another plant but advised to pick a more durable plant for the long travel it would take to arrive here to ensure its life. I did that and what’s wild is, I was already notified by my Shop app of its shipment details BEFORE your already fast response of those details!! I was POSITIVELY BAFFLED by the swift action made by Crystal and company!! It was delivered today, 9/20/2022 and it’s oh so cute too!! Thank you all again for your PROMPT response in getting this issue rectified, Crystal, and those other anonymous people who made this wrong a right!!
