Mishap in shipping and handling I ordered a Ponytail Palm and it arrived quickly, unfortunately during shipping the palm received some damage. Lively Root was amazing and took care of the situation, so I could receive a happy and healthy plant. This has been the best customer service I’ve received in years. I will be a continuing customer with Lively Root.

I ordered a plant for a team member… I ordered a plant for a team member that had a loss in their family. Sadly the plant I wanted was out of stock after making my order. The team quickly outreached to me apologizing for any inconvenience and offered any other plants within the same price range. I found another fabulous plant. They made the exchange promptly and professionally! I can’t wait to order more in the future!

I’ve purchased from many different companies and this is the best. On top of BEAUTIFUL plants, the customer service in outstanding. I get a reply at most within 1-2 days. They understand costumers come first and have done everything to assist me. Any damage to plants was clearly due to shipping and I’ve received credit, replacements and refunds. Poor quality plants We bought three plants through Lively Root, which all ended up dying out of nowehere on us after the 30-day guarantee period of course. We are successful at keeping many other plants alive so this was not user error. We don't recommend this company.

BEWARE BEWARE. It’s always a red flag when you can’t speak to someone but instead get an automated response directing you to send an email. 3 out 4 orders have been missing items or not sent at all. Was I notified? Of course not. So I contacted them through email, & when I finally got a response days later, they acted like it was no big deal, & didn’t even offer to refund shipping charges. Oh btw, this was a birthday gift for my sweet 80 year old neighbor. When I asked if she liked her plant she informed me that she never receive it.
