Fantastic customer support Fantastic customer support! I sent a tree to my son as a gift. It was delivered quickly, packaged well but some limbs were broken. I was disappointed that it was damaged during shipping but the customer service team did everything to satisfy us. Will definitely shop here again.

Arrived wilted The plant was a birthday gift for my mom. I have had great experiences with Lively Root before so I did not hesitate to place another order. Unfortunately, the plant arrived very wilted and had dropped a lot of leaves and blooms in its box. Fortunately the recipient recognized it just needed to be watered and propped with a trellis, and now it’s coming back to life. I imagine the Florida heat was a factor during transport, but I was disappointed that it arrived in such bad condition.

Exceptional customer service I want to let anyone know if your looking for great customer service to go along with beautifully maintained plants, you've found it! I ordered 1 snake plant that arrived as expected but unfortunately FedEx was awful with delivering my 2 lrg Fiddle plants. CS was excellent with accommodating me!! I totally blame FedEx and will be ordering from them again, as they will avoid FedEx for my account. A1 !!

BEST PLACE TO PURCHASE ONLINE PLANTS Plants arrive packaged perfectly. Healthiest plants I’ve ever received online and I purchase online every 1-2 months. Rubber Tree Replacement I received a rubber tree plant and observed spider mites about a week later. I contacted Lively Root for help to rid the spider mites and they offered to replace it or give me a credit towards a new plant. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to serve me. They were also very responsive, professional, and kind. I am a dedicated customer and will return for more plant babies.
