GBPROS at PROMPTLY making a WRONG into a RIGHT! I originally had ordered the Pink Flamingo plant but it unfortunately arrived on the early dying stages. I emailed you all the pics and i got a quick response back with choosing the equal dollar amount of another plant but advised to pick a more durable plant for the long travel it would take to arrive here to ensure its life. I did that and what’s wild is, I was already notified by my Shop app of its shipment details BEFORE your already fast response of those details!! I was POSITIVELY BAFFLED by the swift action made by Crystal and company!! It was delivered today, 9/20/2022 and it’s oh so cute too!! Thank you all again for your PROMPT response in getting this issue rectified, Crystal, and those other anonymous people who made this wrong a right!!

I accept their offer of goodwill and appreciate their working quickly to make this right. I really did not expect this, but was pleasantly surprised when the offer was made to me. GBBEST PLACE TO PURCHASE ONLINE PLANTS Plants arrive packaged perfectly. Healthiest plants I’ve ever received online and I purchase online every 1-2 months. I’ve purchased from many different companies and this is the best. On top of BEAUTIFUL plants, the customer service in outstanding. I get a reply at most within 1-2 days. They understand costumers come first and have done everything to assist me. Any damage to plants was clearly due to shipping and I’ve received credit, replacements and refunds. I’ve purchased 6 plants so far and will continue to only purchase from lively roots

GBI received a Chinese money plant as a… I received a Chinese money plant as a gift. It arrived with a full blow thrips infestation…. Just unpacking the box in my apartment spread the little buggers to my other plants…. They are near impossible to get rid of so use caution when ordering from lively root. They guarantee & will replace plant but the damage was already done.

GBBEWARE BEWARE. It’s always a red flag when you can’t speak to someone but instead get an automated response directing you to send an email. 3 out 4 orders have been missing items or not sent at all. Was I notified? Of course not. So I contacted them through email, & when I finally got a response days later, they acted like it was no big deal, & didn’t even offer to refund shipping charges. Oh btw, this was a birthday gift for my sweet 80 year old neighbor. When I asked if she liked her plant she informed me that she never receive it.
