My plants came damaged because of the shipping carrier turning the box upside down in transit which was out of their control and they went above and beyond to get me replacement plants! GBBEWARE BEWARE. It’s always a red flag when you can’t speak to someone but instead get an automated response directing you to send an email. 3 out 4 orders have been missing items or not sent at all. Was I notified? Of course not. So I contacted them through email, & when I finally got a response days later, they acted like it was no big deal, & didn’t even offer to refund shipping charges. Oh btw, this was a birthday gift for my sweet 80 year old neighbor. When I asked if she liked her plant she informed me that she never receive it.

GBExceptional customer service I want to let anyone know if your looking for great customer service to go along with beautifully maintained plants, you've found it! I ordered 1 snake plant that arrived as expected but unfortunately FedEx was awful with delivering my 2 lrg Fiddle plants. CS was excellent with accommodating me!! I totally blame FedEx and will be ordering from them again, as they will avoid FedEx for my account. A1 !!

GBFantastic customer support Fantastic customer support! I sent a tree to my son as a gift. It was delivered quickly, packaged well but some limbs were broken. I was disappointed that it was damaged during shipping but the customer service team did everything to satisfy us. Will definitely shop here again.

GBMishap in shipping and handling I ordered a Ponytail Palm and it arrived quickly, unfortunately during shipping the palm received some damage. Lively Root was amazing and took care of the situation, so I could receive a happy and healthy plant. This has been the best customer service I’ve received in years. I will be a continuing customer with Lively Root.
