GBCustomer Service The experience with the customer service team at LivelyRoot, was not good. Firstly, the fact that you can't get anyone to answer the phone # for customer service is frustrating. I get that people don't want to answer the phone anymore, but the issue I had regarding receiving some damaged plants, could have been resolved in ONE phone call versus 4 separate emails between myself and the customer who purchased the plants for me as a gift. This experience was beyond frustrating and makes me question how this company receives such great reviews for their customer service.

GBI ordered a plant for a team member… I ordered a plant for a team member that had a loss in their family. Sadly the plant I wanted was out of stock after making my order. The team quickly outreached to me apologizing for any inconvenience and offered any other plants within the same price range. I found another fabulous plant. They made the exchange promptly and professionally! I can’t wait to order more in the future!

GBPoor quality plants We bought three plants through Lively Root, which all ended up dying out of nowehere on us after the 30-day guarantee period of course. We are successful at keeping many other plants alive so this was not user error. We don't recommend this company.

GBI received a Chinese money plant as a… I received a Chinese money plant as a gift. It arrived with a full blow thrips infestation…. Just unpacking the box in my apartment spread the little buggers to my other plants…. They are near impossible to get rid of so use caution when ordering from lively root. They guarantee & will replace plant but the damage was already done.

GBArrived wilted The plant was a birthday gift for my mom. I have had great experiences with Lively Root before so I did not hesitate to place another order. Unfortunately, the plant arrived very wilted and had dropped a lot of leaves and blooms in its box. Fortunately the recipient recognized it just needed to be watered and propped with a trellis, and now it’s coming back to life. I imagine the Florida heat was a factor during transport, but I was disappointed that it arrived in such bad condition.
