GBRubber Tree Replacement I received a rubber tree plant and observed spider mites about a week later. I contacted Lively Root for help to rid the spider mites and they offered to replace it or give me a credit towards a new plant. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to serve me. They were also very responsive, professional, and kind. I am a dedicated customer and will return for more plant babies.

GBPoor quality plants We bought three plants through Lively Root, which all ended up dying out of nowehere on us after the 30-day guarantee period of course. We are successful at keeping many other plants alive so this was not user error. We don't recommend this company.

GBI was getting quite frustrated until… I was getting quite frustrated going back-and-forth via email- because of some issue at checkout and dealing with getting the refund for my two plants that weren’t doing so well. GBI received a Chinese money plant as a… I received a Chinese money plant as a gift. It arrived with a full blow thrips infestation…. Just unpacking the box in my apartment spread the little buggers to my other plants…. They are near impossible to get rid of so use caution when ordering from lively root. They guarantee & will replace plant but the damage was already done.
