GBI received a Chinese money plant as a… I received a Chinese money plant as a gift. It arrived with a full blow thrips infestation…. Just unpacking the box in my apartment spread the little buggers to my other plants…. They are near impossible to get rid of so use caution when ordering from lively root. They guarantee & will replace plant but the damage was already done.

GBMishap in shipping and handling I ordered a Ponytail Palm and it arrived quickly, unfortunately during shipping the palm received some damage. Lively Root was amazing and took care of the situation, so I could receive a happy and healthy plant. This has been the best customer service I’ve received in years. GBI ordered a plant for a team member… I ordered a plant for a team member that had a loss in their family. Sadly the plant I wanted was out of stock after making my order.
