BEWARE BEWARE. It’s always a red flag when you can’t speak to someone but instead get an automated response directing you to send an email. 3 out 4 orders have been missing items or not sent at all. Was I notified? Of course not. So I contacted them through email, & when I finally got a response days later, they acted like it was no big deal, & didn’t even offer to refund shipping charges. Oh btw, this was a birthday gift for my sweet 80 year old neighbor. When I asked if she liked her plant she informed me that she never receive it.

I ordered a plant for a team member… I ordered a plant for a team member that had a loss in their family. Sadly the plant I wanted was out of stock after making my order. The team quickly outreached to me apologizing for any inconvenience and offered any other plants within the same price range. I found another fabulous plant. Dishonest. Avoid I bought a pink princess philodendron. What I got was nothing like what they advertise. It was a premium price so I expected more. I did not get a pink princess but some other philodendron which shouldn't cost more than $15. Their 100% happiness guarantee is BS. I emailed and filled out the contact form like the website says and no response. Beware of the reviews on the website, they filter them and only publish the positive ones.
