GBMishap in shipping and handling I ordered a Ponytail Palm and it arrived quickly, unfortunately during shipping the palm received some damage. Lively Root was amazing and took care of the situation, so I could receive a happy and healthy plant. This has been the best customer service I’ve received in years. I will be a continuing customer with Lively Root.

GBExceptional customer service I want to let anyone know if your looking for great customer service to go along with beautifully maintained plants, you've found it! I ordered 1 snake plant that arrived as expected but unfortunately FedEx was awful with delivering my 2 lrg Fiddle plants. CS was excellent with accommodating me!! I totally blame FedEx and will be ordering from them again, as they will avoid FedEx for my account. A1 !!

GBI was getting quite frustrated until… I was getting quite frustrated going back-and-forth via email- because of some issue at checkout and dealing with getting the refund for my two plants that weren’t doing so well. After chatting on the phone today, my expectations were highly surpassed and I am quite satisfied. Thanks you Fingers crossed the new plants like their new home

GBCustomer Service The experience with the customer service team at LivelyRoot, was not good. Firstly, the fact that you can't get anyone to answer the phone # for customer service is frustrating. I get that people don't want to answer the phone anymore, but the issue I had regarding receiving some damaged plants, could have been resolved in ONE phone call versus 4 separate emails between myself and the customer who purchased the plants for me as a gift. This experience was beyond frustrating and makes me question how this company receives such great reviews for their customer service.

GBI have been having delivery issues with… I have been having delivery issues with livelyroot. Plants have come in crushed, one plant sat at the post office for almost a week without anyone contacting us to tell us it was there. Unfortunately livelyroot wrote the answer to it was that it was the delivery company’s issue not theirs. So much for their 100% guarantee.
