My new plant from Livelyroot that cleans the air while I sleep peacefully I was reading a blog on Livelyroot about how they are a promoter of NASA approved clean-air-plants and in particular, plants that help with sleep! I found a Lemon Lime Dragon Tree dracaenas on Livelyroot’s shopping site. After cross referencing with NASA I reconfirmed this particular plant is recommended to clean the air of harmful chemicals so we placed our order on Livelyroot! It does well in low to medium light so we placed in our bedroom. I’ve slept like a baby the last 2 nights! Livelyroot secured our plant in a box and it looked perfect when we took it out. Well done Livelyroot!

I ordered a plant for a team member… I ordered a plant for a team member that had a loss in their family. Sadly the plant I wanted was out of stock after making my order. The team quickly outreached to me apologizing for any inconvenience and offered any other plants within the same price range. I found another fabulous plant. They made the exchange promptly and professionally! I can’t wait to order more in the future!

Exceptional customer service I want to let anyone know if your looking for great customer service to go along with beautifully maintained plants, you've found it! I ordered 1 snake plant that arrived as expected but unfortunately FedEx was awful with delivering my 2 lrg Fiddle plants. CS was excellent with accommodating me!! I totally blame FedEx and will be ordering from them again, as they will avoid FedEx for my account. A1 !!

Poor quality plants We bought three plants through Lively Root, which all ended up dying out of nowehere on us after the 30-day guarantee period of course. We are successful at keeping many other plants alive so this was not user error. We don't recommend this company.

Mishap in shipping and handling I ordered a Ponytail Palm and it arrived quickly, unfortunately during shipping the palm received some damage. Lively Root was amazing and took care of the situation, so I could receive a happy and healthy plant. This has been the best customer service I’ve received in years. I will be a continuing customer with Lively Root.
