GBDishonest. Avoid I bought a pink princess philodendron. What I got was nothing like what they advertise. It was a premium price so I expected more. I did not get a pink princess but some other philodendron which shouldn't cost more than $15. Their 100% happiness guarantee is BS. I emailed and filled out the contact form like the website says and no response. Beware of the reviews on the website, they filter them and only publish the positive ones.

GBI received a Chinese money plant as a… I received a Chinese money plant as a gift. It arrived with a full blow thrips infestation…. Just unpacking the box in my apartment spread the little buggers to my other plants…. They are near impossible to get rid of so use caution when ordering from lively root. They guarantee & will replace plant but the damage was already done.

GBIncredible customer service Incredible customer service! My plants came damaged because of the shipping carrier turning the box upside down in transit which was out of their control and they went above and beyond to get me replacement plants! GBMishap in shipping and handling I ordered a Ponytail Palm and it arrived quickly, unfortunately during shipping the palm received some damage. Lively Root was amazing and took care of the situation, so I could receive a happy and healthy plant. This has been the best customer service I’ve received in years.
