Exceptional customer service I want to let anyone know if your looking for great customer service to go along with beautifully maintained plants, you've found it! I ordered 1 snake plant that arrived as expected but unfortunately FedEx was awful with delivering my 2 lrg Fiddle plants. CS was excellent with accommodating me!! I totally blame FedEx and will be ordering from them again, as they will avoid FedEx for my account. A1 !!

Fantastic customer support Fantastic customer support! I sent a tree to my son as a gift. It was delivered quickly, packaged well but some limbs were broken. I was disappointed that it was damaged during shipping but the customer service team did everything to satisfy us. Will definitely shop here again.

Rubber Tree Replacement I received a rubber tree plant and observed spider mites about a week later. I contacted Lively Root for help to rid the spider mites and they offered to replace it or give me a credit towards a new plant. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to serve me. They were also very responsive, professional, and kind. I am a dedicated customer and will return for more plant babies.

BEST PLACE TO PURCHASE ONLINE PLANTS Plants arrive packaged perfectly. Healthiest plants I’ve ever received online and I purchase online every 1-2 months. I’ve purchased from many different companies and this is the best. On top of BEAUTIFUL plants, the customer service in outstanding. I get a reply at most within 1-2 days. They understand costumers come first and have done everything to assist me. Any damage to plants was clearly due to shipping and I’ve received credit, replacements and refunds. PROS at PROMPTLY making a WRONG into a RIGHT! I originally had ordered the Pink Flamingo plant but it unfortunately arrived on the early dying stages. I emailed you all the pics and i got a quick response back with choosing the equal dollar amount of another plant but advised to pick a more durable plant for the long travel it would take to arrive here to ensure its life. I did that and what’s wild is, I was already notified by my Shop app of its shipment details BEFORE your already fast response of those details!! I was POSITIVELY BAFFLED by the swift action made by Crystal and company!! It was delivered today, 9/20/2022 and it’s oh so cute too!! Thank you all again for your PROMPT response in getting this issue rectified, Crystal, and those other anonymous people who made this wrong a right!!
