BEST PLACE TO PURCHASE ONLINE PLANTS Plants arrive packaged perfectly. Healthiest plants I’ve ever received online and I purchase online every 1-2 months. I’ve purchased from many different companies and this is the best. On top of BEAUTIFUL plants, the customer service in outstanding. I get a reply at most within 1-2 days. They understand costumers come first and have done everything to assist me. Any damage to plants was clearly due to shipping and I’ve received credit, replacements and refunds. I’ve purchased 6 plants so far and will continue to only purchase from lively roots

Mishap in shipping and handling I ordered a Ponytail Palm and it arrived quickly, unfortunately during shipping the palm received some damage. Lively Root was amazing and took care of the situation, so I could receive a happy and healthy plant. This has been the best customer service I’ve received in years. I was getting quite frustrated until… I was getting quite frustrated going back-and-forth via email- because of some issue at checkout and dealing with getting the refund for my two plants that weren’t doing so well. I received a plant as a gift I received a plant as a gift. It showed up with rot on half the leaves. I reached out for a replacement. They said they'd send one. They never did.

Rubber Tree Replacement I received a rubber tree plant and observed spider mites about a week later. I contacted Lively Root for help to rid the spider mites and they offered to replace it or give me a credit towards a new plant. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to serve me. They were also very responsive, professional, and kind. I am a dedicated customer and will return for more plant babies.
