Incredible level of service, they've earned my trust. Their website and responsive emails made what would normally be a painful process much easier. They also sent me a note on completion that they're sending a refund of some of my fees since they didn't use as many hours for working on my case. I wouldn't have known, I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I will call Higbee for any legal work in the future, they're now my "Go To" lawyers. Needless to say, they're the only firm I'll recommend.

WATCH OUT I WAS DENIED HOUSING I just found out that I am being denied housing because they don't cover Experian and Transunion...2 of the largest reporting agencies in the United States. They didn't even indicate that they didn't, so there is no way to know until it's too late. I am appalled that they would allow their so-called "clients" walk into such a trap blind because they want an extra $250 an hour to "make sure". Me and my kids are going to be without a place to live thanks to the trust I placed into this organization. Thanks, a lot Record Gone and Higbee & Associates for such "stellar" representation.

Civil rights restoration I had a felony from over a decade ago with a violent crime strike, just young and dumb and got in trouble. A single incident that caused restrictions throughout the remainder of my life. A life that later included marriage, four children, a stable career for nearly 14 years but with restrictions that still impacted my life. I couldn't even take my son out to site in his rifle for hunting season. Their firm was honest about the odds, clear about the process, timelines, and communicated realistic expectations throughout the process.
