WATCH OUT I WAS DENIED HOUSING I just found out that I am being denied housing because they don't cover Experian and Transunion...2 of the largest reporting agencies in the United States. They didn't even indicate that they didn't, so there is no way to know until it's too late. I am appalled that they would allow their so-called "clients" walk into such a trap blind because they want an extra $250 an hour to "make sure". Me and my kids are going to be without a place to live thanks to the trust I placed into this organization. Thanks, a lot Record Gone and Higbee & Associates for such "stellar" representation.

Satisfactory! I used recordgone for two expunctions- it was awesome to get these off of my record because it affects my job. It was much cheaper than going through any other law firm, and they are very responsive (24-48 hr turnaround). The only drawback that I experienced was the overall length of time to get all of the paperwork processed. Each expunction took between 8-10 months to complete.

All pretty seamless - happily use again All pretty seamless from shuttlebus from the airport, paperwork at office, collection of car. Slight problem occurred as my email address was written down incorrectly and therefore didn't receive the rental agreement. Eventually went back to the office and was happily given a paper copy. As with all hire companies, it's necessary to take copious photos to prove your innocence of every little scratch and dink from pick up. I do wish they would do this themselves to save the hassle! Had to had to pay for a petrol deposit (full-full) but this was returned several days after drop off. Also had a €1100 block on the credit card for excess (already had excess insurance in place), not used. Car was clean and OK. Would use this company again.

Higbee & Associates is Reliable and Professional Higbee & Associates took care of everything I needed and I never had to leave my house or talk to a human. They update you at every step of the process and answered my emails promptly. The process was a little slower than what was quoted due to COVID starting right when I signed up, but that was out of everyone's control. I highly recommend H&A for expunction and record clearing.
