Slight problem occurred as my email address was written down incorrectly and therefore didn't receive the rental agreement. Eventually went back to the office and was happily given a paper copy. As with all hire companies, it's necessary to take copious photos to prove your innocence of every little scratch and dink from pick up. I do wish they would do this themselves to save the hassle! Had to had to pay for a petrol deposit (full-full) but this was returned several days after drop off. Also had a €1100 block on the credit card for excess (already had excess insurance in place), not used. Car was clean and OK. Would use this company again.
