USHello Hello, I was wanting to let you know that you have a fantastic employee by the name of Shannon. She helped me with my issue that I had to call because my bank made a mistake by accepting some payments that were not due to pay till Friday and that would’ve interfere with the payment that you were going to take out also for me so I had asked her if there was any possible way that I can Avoid paying two months She had a solution, but she had to ask permission to see if it was able to be issued to me well she helped me very much and I was appreciated so I will be able to pay you guys later in the April which would help me a lot she was polite. Sounds like a very happy person. I am so glad she answered my line as I was on Hold

USGreat customer Service- will update upon resolution Update 2/15/24: I am pleasantly surprised at their prompt response to my complaint. I take back what I said previously. Their team was genuinely concerned and attentive to my complaint and the miscommunication. They are actively working on resolving my issue. I appreciate the honesty and integrity this company has shown. I will provide an update once my issue has been fully resolved. Scam artists, a class action lawsuit should be filed against them. As a matter of fact, I have already reached out to an attorney who says I have a good case. It won't be a quick case, but a strong one nonetheless. They promised that the payments made towards the account would be refunded if it was not removed from your credit, but that was a lie. Now, they are stating that the fee was for legal representation. Absolut frauds and liars. Remember, they claim to record all of their calls, which can be used as evidence against them. Don't believe the fake reviews they wrote for themselves

USThey answered my question I had to call Consumer Legal Group with a question and got Shannon Wilbert as a representative. She made me feel at ease, she got my question answered, and she talked me through how to use the company portal if I so choose the next time. This company is fantastic!
