They were hard for a total of two weeks and I paid them about $350, when I asked Bangor to refund, they said they would look into it but subsequently denied my refund. They had yet to do any sort of legal work whatsoever and I kept calling mean to reconsider, but I told them I would probably circle back to them if I felt I needed to do this goes to show you that I did the right thing by firing Mel because this is the type of company they are.

As a matter of fact, I have already reached out to an attorney who says I have a good case. It won't be a quick case, but a strong one nonetheless. They promised that the payments made towards the account would be refunded if it was not removed from your credit, but that was a lie. Now, they are stating that the fee was for legal representation. Absolut frauds and liars. Remember, they claim to record all of their calls, which can be used as evidence against them. Don't believe the fake reviews they wrote for themselves
