GBHello Hello, I was wanting to let you know that you have a fantastic employee by the name of Shannon. She helped me with my issue that I had to call because my bank made a mistake by accepting some payments that were not due to pay till Friday and that would’ve interfere with the payment that you were going to take out also for me so I had asked her if there was any possible way that I can Avoid paying two months She had a solution, but she had to ask permission to see if it was able to be issued to me well she helped me very much and I was appreciated so I will be able to pay you guys later in the April which would help me a lot she was polite. Sounds like a very happy person. I am so glad she answered my line as I was on Hold

GBI hired Consumer legal group because I… I hired Consumer legal group because I thought they could help me but after reading a plethora of comments and reviews online I decided to hold off and told him I did not wanna be represented legally anymore. They were hard for a total of two weeks and I paid them about $350, when I asked Bangor to refund, they said they would look into it but subsequently denied my refund. They had yet to do any sort of legal work whatsoever and I kept calling mean to reconsider, but I told them I would probably circle back to them if I felt I needed to do this goes to show you that I did the right thing by firing Mel because this is the type of company they are.

GBI had a terrible experience with… I had a terrible experience with Consumer Legal Group. They promised to negotiate with my creditors and assured me that my credit rating wouldn't be affected, but they didn't even attempt to negotiate. Instead, they disputed the charges, which didn't help my situation at all. Furthermore, they misled me about the timeline, initially stating it would take 6 to 8 months, but later informing me it would actually take 12 to 24 months. When I requested a refund due to their false promises, they denied it without any consideration. I would strongly advise against using their services, as they are deceptive and unhelpful.
