it’s fabulous. I always received excellent documents from USlegal. I found the form in two seconds (really!), and all I had to do was to put my signature and date of e-signing (and you can do this in any PDF editor). All of their legal document boilerplates are spot on. Communication with the staff is great, support staff answers my emails practically instantly.

The premium membership is the greatest… The premium membership is the greatest value for really growing my small business. The sales contracts add professionalism and protection to both the customer and the business. The corporate forms really help us stay organized as our LLC grows!

Buyer Beware!! Buyer Beware!!! Complete bait and switch. It said $8 per monthly subscription and then it charged me an annual subscription of $96 for 12 months. Looked for a way to cancel it within minutes and then went down a rabbit hole of questions and when I cancelled it it said that my membership would run through 2025 for the full amount. After doing some research online and finding a customer service number someone actually answered the phone and said they couldn’t refund the money because I had (accidentally) downloaded a document so they would have to charge me at least the $39 monthly fee (they said they would refund the balance, let’s see). Reporting them to BBB and my credit card company. Absolutely unethical company that is into tricking unsuspecting consumers and confusing them to hit on payment options that are intentionally deceptive and misleading.

Ok So the Yearly cost is a bit of a… Ok So the Yearly cost is a bit of a distraction at first, because you expect to pay the $9 a month to get access to your amazing contracts!!! When i was charged it over drafted my bank account, which cost me an extra $35 dollars. I would suggest offering a monthly payment of $15 making it specifically known to your client,,, I would have gladly paid... But on the other hand having year long access to these valuable documents is beautiful, and wonderful. I Do Not regret paying for annual access. Great work team,,, -Isaac Berry aka XERXEESE
