After doing some research online and finding a customer service number someone actually answered the phone and said they couldn’t refund the money because I had (accidentally) downloaded a document so they would have to charge me at least the $39 monthly fee (they said they would refund the balance, let’s see). Reporting them to BBB and my credit card company. Absolutely unethical company that is into tricking unsuspecting consumers and confusing them to hit on payment options that are intentionally deceptive and misleading.
