I was kept fully informed of all of the developments and there was always someone on hand to answer any questions I had. The team made what could be a very stressful experience go very smoothly. I dealt with the Nottingham branch… I dealt with the Nottingham branch although I thought I would be dealing with Chesterfield. Jasmine and Daniel never returned phone calls and very rarely returned emails. At one point they were both off on annual leave and I was passed to 3 other people to try and help (who couldn't). I wouldn't recommend to anyone and wouldn't use them again. The whole process took longer than we thought it would with such a sort chain. They didn't answer phone calls and questions by our estate agent and made the whole sale more stressful than it actually needed to be.
