Took time to explain Elliot Mather was recommended by our new build company and we're SO glad we went with them. Previous solicitor experience made me think they're all the same and very informal - but this wasn't true. My partner and I had a stressful journey selling up my leasehold flat. We hit hurdles with the buyers as well as delays from the leasehold management company. Our mortgage offer also had difficulties and then some more with an extension for our purchase (market crash) due to newbuild completion delays. All in all, I can't count the times we thought things would fall through. However Andrew and his team gave us reliable, realistic and FRIENDLY advice when we reached out for help.
