GBTerrible service Terrible service, brocken promises. Please do not use this company for a WILL and certainly do not pay upfront. I had a very nice and friendly chat with Filip Feret who after speaking to serval solicitors had put my mind at rest about our needs for a very sensitive WILL we even wanted to trust Elliot Mather to be the executor of our estate. After our indepth conversation and after meeting filip face to face again pointing out our needs, I was dubious about payment upfront but he filled me with trust that we would get a brilliant WILL he even suggested afterwards that we would should start talking about holidays. And stop this talk about WILLS and death etc. So as you can imagine I was filled with hope and trust from Filip Feret. We got the draft WILLS sent over by email they was 2 pages of utter rubbish and not worth the paper they would be printed on. I have since tried to sort this out with Filip but he is refusing to change the wording that he first promised. He did however ask me to give him a idea of how I wanted it wording which I thought was very unprofessional as this is what we was paying him for and then to do his work for him aswell So I agreed and gave him my wording that just made it clear in our instructions and filip just replied by saying I can not use that but never tried to meet us halfway with an alternative. And left it if you wish to discuss it further please get intouch. I now have lost all faith in the company and wish for a full refund. On the grounds I have been Miss sold the WILL under false pretending, and misrepresentation. I will be taking this matter further at this point due to the amount of stress it has caused us.

GBBrilliant solicitors I'm a first time buyer and the horror stories I'd heard about buying a house nearly put me off but I can honestly say the service I received from Lucy at Elliot Mather was first class. I completed within seven weeks of reserving my house and that is all down to the hard work, clear guidance and endless knowledge that Lucy provided me with! GBDespicable behaviours Despicable behaviours. Solicitor from Chesterfield branch had no morale's what so ever. Used mental health diagnosis as a stick to beat me with, didn't pay any attention to what the Judges ordered and advised his client to do what he wished. Ben was poor how he conducted himself and left me with little faith in the system.

GBSuccessful sale thanks to Rebecca, Lucy and Olivia. Many thanks to Rebecca Whelen and colleagues Lucy Webster and Olivia Owen in the Chesterfield team for completing our property sale that lay in the middle of four party chain. They were all a pleasure to deal with and took the process from start to completion in two months, getting it over the line when it looked like we might be facing a difficult delay. Communication down the chain appeared difficult and whilst I’d personally have liked more frequent updates over the critical last week or two of the transaction, there was always someone able to take my call and pass on the latest position.

GBI dealt with the Nottingham branch… I dealt with the Nottingham branch although I thought I would be dealing with Chesterfield. Jasmine and Daniel never returned phone calls and very rarely returned emails. At one point they were both off on annual leave and I was passed to 3 other people to try and help (who couldn't). I wouldn't recommend to anyone and wouldn't use them again. The whole process took longer than we thought it would with such a sort chain. They didn't answer phone calls and questions by our estate agent and made the whole sale more stressful than it actually needed to be.
