I dealt with the Nottingham branch… I dealt with the Nottingham branch although I thought I would be dealing with Chesterfield. Jasmine and Daniel never returned phone calls and very rarely returned emails. At one point they were both off on annual leave and I was passed to 3 other people to try and help (who couldn't). I wouldn't recommend to anyone and wouldn't use them again. The whole process took longer than we thought it would with such a sort chain. They didn't answer phone calls and questions by our estate agent and made the whole sale more stressful than it actually needed to be.

Excellent service The whole team at Elliot Mather were excellent, particularly Katie, Andrew and Sarah. I was kept fully informed of all of the developments and there was always someone on hand to answer any questions I had. The team made what could be a very stressful experience go very smoothly. Fantastic service! I have had the pleasure of dealing with Leanne Wainwright for the purchase of my new build. She has been absolutely amazing! Nothing was ever too much to ask, she always responded promptly to all emails and calls and she was very reassuring and friendly in a professional manner.
