I never signed a contract as they were in duty on the day yet they pursued me for 3 years without any contract or proof of an agreement and took me back to court for £500. Pure extortionists. I wouldn't recommend approaching or ever using their services

Many thanks to Rebecca Whelen and colleagues Lucy Webster and Olivia Owen in the Chesterfield team for completing our property sale that lay in the middle of four party chain. They were all a pleasure to deal with and took the process from start to completion in two months, getting it over the line when it looked like we might be facing a difficult delay. Communication down the chain appeared difficult and whilst I’d personally have liked more frequent updates over the critical last week or two of the transaction, there was always someone able to take my call and pass on the latest position.
