They were all a pleasure to deal with and took the process from start to completion in two months, getting it over the line when it looked like we might be facing a difficult delay. Communication down the chain appeared difficult and whilst I’d personally have liked more frequent updates over the critical last week or two of the transaction, there was always someone able to take my call and pass on the latest position.

Previous solicitor experience made me think they're all the same and very informal - but this wasn't true. My partner and I had a stressful journey selling up my leasehold flat.
