Great service, really helpful This was our first property purchase for over 20 years, so we were a bit rusty! The transaction also involved a share of freehold, with which we were unfamiliar. Happy to say that Naziana from LNL was really helpful, especially in some tricky negotiations with the vendor as the stamp duty deadline approached. I would thoroughly recommend Lewis Nedas.

Took the money then ghosted me They seemed very professional at first as Mr. Paul Cramer had a run through the lease I was offered and pointed a few things out, charging £443 for it. Some of his points I didn't really understand but he refused to clarify any further unless I instructed the case with them. Maybe rude, but fair, I thought. So I spent another 3 days making my own checks on the documents I had and later got back to him stating I'd have instructed him to represent me. I never got any reply to my email. The day after I called and his secretary said I'd get a call back, but I didn't get any. Third day I called again, and again no call back. I was at risk of losing my business opportunity because of the time passing, and I don't think I'm supposed to be chasing ppl I'm paying so I hired a different solicitor to start over with. I still don't know what was wrong with Paul Cramer and Nedas Law.
