Simple and quick The service was simple and the process went faster than the timeframe they advertised. They were very communicative through the submission process. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that after I got everything submitted and responded to their emails, I never heard anything back. My visa just showed up in the mail a few days later. Waiting to hear back is the most stressful part, so some updates would be nice.
