The support are absolutely terrible The support are absolutely terrible, i am still waiting for a response from 2 weeks ago. Sku Fetch and Wise lister are a total liability and cannot list the correct items causing the whole process to be done manually. SKU Grid cant work properly without those 2 making the whole situation redundant as having listed manually the Grid seems to mess up. Support are non existent. Stay away from these *****.

However, everything was fixed and updated, support was quick & polite and once again they did a great job of handling the problems and as far as I know not only recovering from them, but also improving their infrastructure so that it won't happen again. Customer service was helpful, but they took a while to get back to me. That being said, its still a powerful tool that I would recommend.
