It simplifies the entire process of managing my online store on multiple platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. I can focus on finding profitable products instead of worrying about price and inventory updates. Highly recommended!

Customer service was helpful, but they took a while to get back to me. That being said, its still a powerful tool that I would recommend.

Just switched from Shopmaster Just switched from Shopmaster - it takes some time to get used to, but afterwards it works much smoother than anything else that I’ve tried. Finally was able to expand to other marketplaces besides Shopify & Amazon. Sales seemed to be picking up as well, almost non existant pricing errors. Can’t wait to take my business to new level! The ability to automate price updates and inventory monitoring across multiple marketplaces has saved me a lot of time and effort. However, I did have some issues with the customer service response time. It took a little longer than expected to get a response, which was frustrating at times.

It was a rough ride last few weeks, but in the end it was worth the hassle It was a rough ride last few weeks: extension for file exchange kept acting up, slow performance of web-site and delays in price checking. However, everything was fixed and updated, support was quick & polite and once again they did a great job of handling the problems and as far as I know not only recovering from them, but also improving their infrastructure so that it won't happen again. Thanks ! I used Sku Grid for last year and I will continue using it! John G.
