Finally was able to expand to other marketplaces besides Shopify & Amazon. Sales seemed to be picking up as well, almost non existant pricing errors. Can’t wait to take my business to new level! Where are you Anton and where is your CS? SG is total rubbish! It used to be good. Now, it is very buggy, there are a ton of errors and if you open up a ticket to get your issue resolved, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE EVER. All tickets go unanswered! This has been going on for several months and it sucks because it isn't cheap. ANTON - dude, come on now.

However, everything was fixed and updated, support was quick & polite and once again they did a great job of handling the problems and as far as I know not only recovering from them, but also improving their infrastructure so that it won't happen again.
