GBI’m kinda new to this whole retail arbitrage thing, So, I’m kinda new to this whole retail arbitrage thing, right? But guess what! Skugrid has been my sidekick, and man, we’ve made some cool cash already! 🚀 Started from literally nowhere and BOOM, my first sales came rolling in. This isn’t a brag tho, just can’t help but share the vibe! The interface? Super friendly for newbies like me. Added new suppliers, the process was smooth; no fuss! If you’re looking to start and you're as clueless as I was, definitely check ‘em out! 🌟

GBSKUGrid is very buggy SKUGrid is very buggy. Their Customer Support is the worst I have ever seen. if you open a ticket to get your issue resolved, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE EVER. All tickets go unanswered! I have opened 3 tickets in relation to 3 different issues and it's been almost a month since the 1st ticket I opened. Only received an auto-response with a promise that someone will send a personal response within 2 working days. Like I said it's been almost a month, and issues keep happening, because the software is becoming buggy. Moreover, those issues can be really costly whether you are selling on eBay, Amazon or even on your own shopify store. On the other hand, SKUFetch used to be good at curating images and saving you time, but now it is no longer the same and you have to upload the images manually, as it pull very poor quality images, most of them are just random images of logos or other products that appear on the product page. Again, no response or update from the Developers!!!!

GBDropshipping in Europe Made Easy As an eBay and Shopify seller who dropships in Europe, I have found SkuGrid to be an incredibly helpful tool. It allows me to efficiently manage my inventory across multiple platforms and ensures that my pricing remains competitive. Their integration with European suppliers has made my life so much easier. I couldn't imagine running my business without SkuGrid. Great work, guys!

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. SKUGrid was good at first, but now it has become very buggy and very unreliable. The support is a joke. They don't address the real issue in any support ticket you submit and instead send the same response no matter what the issue is, asking you to watch their Youtube videos which most of them are outdated. Repricing doesn't work. It doesn't change stock when the supplier goes out of stock. and it is basically not doing any of the job that it is supposed to do. I submitted 5 or more support tickets more than a week and I am yet to receive a response from a human addressing what is actually in the ticket!

GBI've been using Sku Grid for a while… I've been using Sku Grid for a while now and I have to say that it's a great platform for managing my online sales. The ability to automate price updates and inventory monitoring across multiple marketplaces has saved me a lot of time and effort. However, I did have some issues with the customer service response time. It took a little longer than expected to get a response, which was frustrating at times.
